I believe you. All of early to late 2023, I was saying I needed a break from work because I was so stressed out. Dec 7 2023 I broke my leg, and ankle been out of work for nearly 9 months. I realized I just should have taken the time off for vacation and, at the very least, said I need a vacation. This break was a difficult time but much needed rest and recovery. I feel much better physically and emotionally.✨️going forward, I'm also going to be very mindful of my words!

This is not only true but powerful. Something I've been wondering though... what do we do with languages which by grammar rules do not allow the feminine of anything (for ex. Romance languages have a masc and fem. gender assigned and if you change it, you lose sense). We are seeing this problem currently with inclusive writing and there's a point at which it makes no sense and you don't know what you're reading. I'm so with you on this patriarchal influence and impulse but as a linguist it drives me crazy that some languages do not even allow for a 'feminisation' of the language. Language is tied to machism in a big way...
