Creditors Reconciliation | Creditors Control & Creditors Ledger | Explained with Example

Very well explained!! By the way is creditors reconciliation required when you work with an accounting software like QB, Sage , Xero or whatever ? Thought of asking this because with an accounting software you enter purchase invoices only once and the system will create the creditor with the given supplier details and so both the creditors control account and the individual ledger account receive information from the same source and not likely to have a difference ,, thank you in advance 🙏🏽

Im an.auditor and found that the reconciled items were reconciled in march for building and infrastructure. Going further i found that the same reconciled items for the same account have been reconciled again in april to december. Should it not be reconciled only in march then the following month we open with the previous balance?Is this correct?
