Tears brother . The Realness of the journey & learning to be present for myself is hard work. However what is more challenging, is living a life of pain & excuses. Facing myself & learning to love they new me is much more Peaceful Grant. I am so deeply Greatfull Kerwin . Thanks for your on going knowledge, material / content. Most off all being YOU. Even if it's not scientifically backed (not all wisdom comes from science), I'd like to know what tells you that anger makes the liver heat up?
But I'm grateful for this, the timing seems coincidental, as I've been asking myself how to deal with some personal anger, when I'm usually never one to get angry, just sad. I'm going to go talk with a friend of mine

Anger needs a healthy release. Or it can take a turn to implode or explode.

Thats why a punchbag is good to have at home....🙂 The energy that comes out of you seems like a vulcano..😉 you are too lovely to put yourself in bad vibin' angry feelings...Nature helped me a loooot of times and healthy natural egotism, that I dont want to become i'll, so I never eat anger, I rather do a workout, Go in nature and think rational, why certain things are happening....not to me, but rather for me❣️❣️

I made a promise not to release my anger in front of children or small animals. So I would go to the beach at odd hours. Or a forest. And just scream
One time a homeless guy came out of the forest to see if I was okay

Ok I'm not even 33 seconds in and I need an explanation of "heat in the liver" I can't find anything referencing Heat in the liver in any medical journal I'm able to find. The only mentions of it I can find are unsubstantiated claims in Eastern medicine.
