How great you had such a fun meet up with these wonderful folks! I felt so nostalgic for London seeing this video! I'm an American and visited there with an alumna group a few years ago. I'd go off on my own after breakfast and explore. Mostly museums and little shops. And was so happy how easy it was to get around on my own. If I was too tired at the end of the day to take public transport or walk back to my little hotel, I'd take a cab ride (the drivers were amazingly considerate and informed), pick up a light meal at the corner deli and stay in for the evening with a nice pot of tea! Younger members of our group did a lot of bar hopping late into the night and often weren't in great shape the next day! 😵🍺🍷 I love London ! If I had the $$$ I'd go there to live for a few years.
Wow! That meet up! Me and my husband just applied to 4 Danish universities because we really want to move to Denmark, and studying just makes it easier. If you ever do something like that in a few months I will TOTALLY GO! 😁
