Thank you sir! Port Moody is awesome. Very unique, peaceful feel to it. They have some big plans/projects coming up in the coming years. Will be exciting to see.
I'm in White Rock right now. I think people forget about White Rock a lot, it's sort of like a little haven tucked into otherwise drab Surrey. Its small enough that it actually still has a community feel, and the waterfront is one of the nicest spots in the GVA, IMO.
@elai3147 oh nice! That building looks really nice, love the design. And that is such a prime spot, basically the heart of uptown White Rock, even though 16th is technically the south Surrey border lol, people pretty much refer to it as White Rock all the way to 24th. I'm just a few blocks north on 19th behind the Boston pizza. Love it here.
@DustinMulligan-w9b Surrey has tons of areas; some of which may not be AS nice... But man is White Rock pretty. Definitely slept on sometimes but I have been seeing quite some people move there. Peaceful area, stunning views. Hard not to love. May be a bit slower paced for some of the younger generation though.
Lol what's good about Surrey? The least pretty, the most crime, and relatively speaking less things to do. Surrey is a great place to live overall but Coquitlam is amazing these days, northeast Coquitlam is like a tucked away gem, Invlcredinly beautiful
🤔 Thinking of moving in or to Vancouver BC?

@@DustinMulligan-w9b completely agree, moving to white rock once the monaco building is done

@elai3147 Congratulations! That building is beautiful and the views are amazing. Does your unit overlook the water?

@@chihchihuang couldn't afford one of those south facing units, but did get a 1-bed facing johnston, so hopefully can see a bit of the water
Great video!
@KIMJUNGEUNism Thank you so much! Really appreciate the support
What about West Vancouver
West Vancouver is absolutely stunning. Quite a steep entry for a lot of people given its price points. If you're able to though, it's an amazing area.
no Surrey 🤔 coq is shit compared to Surrey
Thanks for your feedback! What are some things you like about Surrey?
coq/poco over surrey/langley all day
@@elai3147 thanks for sharing! Maybe I need to start a poll😂 anything specific you like more about this side of the bridge?

Couldn't agree more about Coquitlam! Are you talking about Burke Mountain area? Sure is beautiful there with tons of beautiful newer homes.
