On its still on my schedule date that I'll do both documentation and capturing

Sorry for the late response. if this is still helpful, i think it is best to go on your capturing date, just to be safe and avoid embarrassment

My application form was filled in small case letters. Do I need to also write a letter

When you get there for your capturing they will let you know if you need to write a letter or not. But i don't think it will be needed.
