@shridharKs sir , is it judicious to use sildenafil n milrinone in ALL MSL babies (2d echo + nitric oxide not available at our setup).

No-majority respond to just respiratory support and this PPHN self resolves as the lung improves. Consider sildenafil if worsening with high Oxygenation index but I would not use milrinone without echo
