Her arrival is going to be a great session ender in the future! Been spending my time thinking of what type of lizard this bride is and built a top 5 most desired lizardfolk to match him. Can someone please tell me what's going on with the podcast uploads? I'm banned from the discord and Unexpectables is how I get through a really depressing job. I haven't seen any new uploads from them in months, have they stopped uploading this show as a podcast?

I've noticed quite a couple posts come up in the past week month, couple months... often they go totally unanswered or somebody else echos them. As far as I can tell it seems like nobody really knows, there's been tons of people asking through general chat and whatnot but I never see any solid responses. Just lots of uncertainty. Though, I'm not super in on the community so there could be some stuff going on with it that I don't know about. I would recommend going to the twitch stream and asking in chat on a Wednesday night? Or, as I sometimes do if you just want to listen along just put the TH-cam video on your phone, go to MiniPlayer then turn your phone off. When you get to the Lock Screen you can swipe up and press play and it's basically just a podcast at that point, this has been my way of getting by without TH-cam premium.

It's a flaw I have and I do my best to counteract it but a mixture of autism and ADHD makes it really hard to filter myself consistently. it's ruined my life on multiple occasions, cost me jobs, friends, communities, relationships. I don't know how my words affect other people so I don't know if I'm offending or hurting others until it's too late to fix the damage I cause. In the last year I've spiraled into near suicidal depression, the unexpectables is one of the only things I live for these days, that and seeing the end of One Piece
I don't know if this is a feeling I'm getting but why do I feel like Gaius is slowly losing a reason to stay with the group. Even though it was redacted Gaius immediately wanted to not go to Meadowfield and chase the rumored location of where his family could be. Finding his family is fine but it rubbed me the wrong way when that was brought up.
I mean, look at it from Gaius' perspective, Milo's mom is always there, but Gaius may have actually found a concrete lead on where his family might be.
@Mightymajin True but it seems a bit flakey towards Milo. It just rubs me the wrong way because he is willing to leave everyone in the pursuit of something else. Family or no family I don't like it and it makes me feel like Gaius is the most reliably unreliable member of the team. He's reliable and dependable to get a job done but is very unreliable and a little bit unhelpful in other things. Maybe it's just me not liking Gaius very much but it raised a red flag when that happened, even though it was redacted Gaius still was willing to flake.
It’s a bit of balancing out I believe for Gaius character to have wanted to go so soon. When he had a chance to learn more of his past before with the death matches, he declined in order to not put the party at risk. Him being a lil bit selfish here kind of balances out, though it was redacted anyway
@edwardwhiten420 Balance is probably what he needs or learns to prioritize. He was a bit too selfish and a bit rude when he bluntly said no, he wanted to go somewhere else. To me it was a bit rude that he wanted to go back on a commitment that he agreed with the group.
It sounds like seeing Milo's mother is just a friendly visit that isn't a massive priority as opposed to a personal quest. It isn't that selfish to voice a desire to find a missing relative instead if visiting a parent for fun.

Hold on. Mimes can't use props. They are, perhaps, the only type of entertainer that can't. Using real non-imaginary props is the whole point of mimes. If you use a real box you aren't a mime, you are an escape artist. Not talking is only secondary. Mostly because they can't describe the props or give vocal clues. They need to convey to audiences what they are doing just with physical acting. So, no, the Blue Man Group are not mimes. I would argue that having someone else play sound effects for them is acceptable, but that still doesn't qualify Blue Man Group.
While that might be true with the very traditional definition of mimes, mime performances have used props extensively since the advent of film. Charlie Chaplin and Rowan Atkinson (Mr Bean) are widely considered mimes and both used plenty of props.

Whether or not he would be considered a mime, I think most people would agree that he certainly uses the art of mime as part of his performance. It's a little muddier. In the same vein, I wouldn't really call Vanna White a mime even though she does perform and doesn't, as part of that performance, usually speak. Mime I think is closely related to clowning as a whole.
