Can you combine the filled planar section with (eg) the front of the horse, to create a new watertight model?

How to save only the two planar-section-created layers? Is it possible to cut i.e. from Z=0 origin to up and generate a new stl?

Hello, thanks for the tutorial! Is there a way to save the section in TIFF or other 2D formats? I need to study it with ImageJ...

Is there a way to calculate the edge length (circumference) of a planar section once you've done this? Thanks

Did you find a solution? I am also looking for a method to calculate the length. Please let me know if you find something. Thank you~

Check the log on the bottom right corner. Mine had the same but the mesh wasn't manifold. Once I fixed that it worked.
