This is the best Invent, Animate ever sounded and keep in mind that the last album and EP were easily materials of their own respectful years. I'm so thankful you covered this, always delivering the crispiest mixes
I admit I wasn't a big fan of their earlier stuff but Greyview and Shade Astray are amazing releases, happy if they continue that direction. Beast of a cover as well here
Oh that's cool, I never noticed the depth of the chords in the chorus. Those dissonant riffs are haunting. IA is absolutely masterful. So glad I finally got to see them live when they came to ATL with Polaris, Alpha Wolf, LMTF, etc. Such a great performance by all bands that night, but IA was on another level.

I absolutely adore this band and what they do, but sometimes I have trouble picking up on all the intricacies of the guitar work. Because they use such low tunings, for me at least I end up missing what makes them so good. I just hear the chugs and the occasional blitz up around the 20th fret or wherever. That’s why I really appreciate videos like this, because I see and hear all the awesome guitar work in real time. It then makes it more pleasurable to listen to the actual song. It makes me sad that people listen to these kinds of bands and miss all the beauty within the songs. Cause I used to. It stops them getting all the love they deserve!
