little tip for the chicken cordon bleu if you put the seam down on a plate and freeze for like 10-15 mins it'll firm and stick to itself just enough so that you can batter it. then you don't have to worry about the toothpicks.

We are having this dinner menu tomorrow night as it's our 10th year wedding anniversary today but we are lidless tomorrow and first seeing Fifty shades darker then we come home to a lovely decorated house that Iv organised with a friend then it's time for me to cook and block off the kitchen so hubby can't see... hehe
