Laura talking a lot of sense about the shame and lack of knowledge associated with female anatomy. A lot of damage still needs undoing. Men will benefit from this as well, it's NOT about man bashing - but throwing off oppressive history, colonialism, structures of power, religious institutional abuse, etc etc etc. Great episode! 💯 A Very Real podcast 🙌

I appreciate this is quite an informative and useful topic of discussion but does it need the "if men did xyz then etc"? Can this discussion not stay within the realm of why it's important for women rather than the standard digs at the guys?
I mean call me crazy but men have more between the legs than women do and occasionally you'll have to look after the aul fellas to keep them in the right place. There are plenty of issues that impact men acutely more than women and get no real direct action or are socially just ignored.
Anyway, not a downer, good show. Keep up the good work.
