Kari King yes, however you'll need a loom that will have enough pegs to increase to the length needed as more stitches (wide) are added as your length increases. The WS (wrong side) rows will use the opposite stitch on a loom. So for the main body the purl stitches on needles just needs to remain Knit stitches on the loom to get the stockinette fabric. On the rind area with the 3 last colors it uses a garter stitch so the WS rows need to be purl on the loom instead of knit to get the ridges. On the seeds make sure WS rows are Knit instead of purl. I hope that helps!
GoodknitKisses I knit and crochet but my daughter prefers to loom knit. You seem to have so much knowledge about knit to loom pattern conversion. Pretty please consider making a video or two about it? I am sure you'll be adored for it!
Monica LarsenDavis hi! I saw your other comment that you finished so I'm hoping you caught the two ways for Kfb. However for the main color I couldn't use the shortcut on because the edge it produces isn't substantial for a nice edge to sew them together in my opinion. It's best on the seed. Does that make sense?
Great tutorial! Just finished watching the whole thing!- you very calming! You make the videos so easy for us!☺
Monica LarsenDavis Thank you!!
Do you have a video to do this on a loom?
So beautiful!! Is there a way to make this on a loom? I'm one handed & can't knit, but love this pattern ❤️
