Honestly he hasnt changed much i think people arnt sleeping on him anymore. With the build i have i get 10k heals per minute. So a 20min match i can dish out 200k heals. After this buff its a little mpre but not much. I think everyone is under Placebo. Nobody played him, only wanted to crap on him because they thought he was a bad healer but he never really was imp.
