    Hey to everyone!!
We are two young adults, Despina 24 and Deivids 25 renovating an old farm house from 1817 in Latvia.
Everything in and out of our house has been done by ourselves with no hired help.
DIY is going to apply to nearly everything in our house. Our budget is tight and that has made us appreciate every “ugly” part of this house and turn it into something new and beautiful.
We give new life to things that others would throw away!
In this journey we are not alone! We are starting up our little Farmily:
    7 Goats & 2 Bucks
    3 Sheep
    4 chickens & 3 Chicks
    1 Rooster
    and 3 Geese
Oh yeah and our cat Ivi & Dog Keita
Despite our daily problems we are two young people full of joy and happiness, ready to start a new crazy chapter in our life. It wouldn’t be fair to keep this fun just for us!
That’s why we want YOU to also be part of our Farmily!!
We love our very supportive community!!
Thank you so much for the support you are giving us. Every view, like, share, subscribe and financial support means a lot to us. Any support is extremely appreciated!

My husband was wondering… Are you sure your basing your fuel timing on the correct top dead centers. There are two different top dead centers. We’re all rooting for you all!!!

I could double check but the fuel coming out of the pump matches the timing of valves.

Cold, hard, filthy labor…juxtaposed with the most magical, beautiful, warm music. This was an inspiring video to watch as it gave me so much hope for your tractor fix. I’m sorry things didn’t work out for you. You must feel so defeated at this point. But don’t give up. You are so innovative and mechanically gifted. Plus - you kind of need a tractor. Blessings to you both. ❤

Also most fuel pumps need a good flow of oil for the governor to work. I’ve preluded them after a pump had been sitting, to get them to work. Although in long run I ended up getting a rebuilt pump. This was on a 1980 kubota.

You seem to have done everything to get the tracktor running that a normal person would have tried, in fact most would have given up and had a shop fix it or junked the thing. I believe you should try the fuel pump off the other traktor to eliminate that as the cause of the trouble. Off topic, we have MTZ traktors here in Hungary and the ones here are mostly liquid cooled. I guess the Soviets developed air cooled models for extremely cold environments like are present in Lithuania. My neighbour has one like yours and it is liquid cooled. Seems like it is very relaible.

It is time to move on. Your “grinch” tractor has served its time, put it out to pasture. Invest your time/ money in activities that are more productive. Like shelter for your equipment. The sun rots tires/ belts; the rain/ snow rust the metals, and old fluids have their problems as well. Even sometime as putting a tarp over the equipment would help decrease your maintenance.

Might be good to pull the top ring and insert it into its cylinder to measure the ring gap... should be pretty small...I normally break rings when pulling them...there is a tool however..:-) Too...looks like a lot of fuel coming out of the injectors...once in the cylinder with the piston all the way up..the the spray will be a lot less....They will smoke on start up...but should burn excess fuel in the cylinder fairly quickly...

If you look at the video at 5.02(I think you said that is the cyl that was oiing and you had a lot of blow by) all the ring ends are perfectly aligned. That will allow compression to blow right past and oil to suck up. On reassembly you can't just put pistons and rings back into the cylinder. You need to at least hone them to deglaze the cyl wall

I hope the tractors will soon work for you for I know you need them badly. Just a Quick warning that I am sending and hope you won’t mind but please properly store away your anti-freeze for anti-freeze has something in it that is very much attracts animals to it and they will drink it. It is very poisonous for them. it does not kill them right away but it will. It is like sugar to animals and they come to it right away. So please keep it in containers that the animal cannot get to it. I don’t want to see anything happen to your little fur babies. I work with animals and I am a veterinarian technician. And in the winter time we see a lot of accidental death of animals because of anti-freeze poisoning. Say hello to your mama and hope she is doing well. Sending many prayers of love, happiness and good health for you all always. From the U.S🇺🇸❤️🙏🏼…. Love your Videos

That was great you two there is a lot of should have would have could have but in the end you have two tractors that don't run and winter is two weeks away snow and rain and the wheel barrow is a poor substitute all but the tractors got done but you have no place to put them out of the elements to work on them they should have been number one on your list because thay can do the work of 10 men a proven fact now you have no choice but to get one working rain or snow cold or freezing.

The recording, narrative and editing of your videos is excellent; I don't understand why you have to talk so much. One thing is the redundancy that allows affirming concepts, and another thing is the unnecessary (and boring) repetition of the obvious. On the contrary, when you talk about your opinions and your feelings, it makes for an extremely interesting story. I'm not a "hater", I'm someone who appreciates you.

    • @DoBeDiff
      @DoBeDiff  ปีที่แล้ว +4

Most "Experts" never studied these tractors and they care less for someone's tractor than I will and the effort I put in. Some mechanics are great but they no longer go to sites to work. One of my friend paid 8000 to fix a tractor worth 5000 max. 😤 So there is a lot of scammers and I am fixing it by the manual and videos. There isn't much things I can't do that a mechanic would. The fuel pump and injector require mechanic but clearly the fuel pump wasn't fixed and we paid a lot for the repair or as they said restoration of internals. Anyways I enjoy and learn with the process. 😁
