Yes! I would have bought all the Schick Sensitive Razors. I get those for Free sometimes but we love those! I don't know why people have such a hard time moving mens razors...I prefer to use the hubby's razors, lol.
Awesome! Great set up. Ive been doing at least 1 to 2 yard sales a yr with family for yrs. I havent always done the couponing stuff but when I did it went great! You did a lot of what I do. You had unbelievable prices on your stuff though. I usually have things at least a couple dollars higher but we usually have ours over a 3 day period. Thur, Fri and Sat. The 1st day I usually keep prices as is on the couponing stuff, the 2nd day I do buy 3 get 1 free, and the 3rd day I either do Buy 2 get one free or everything is $1 depending on how much is left. It probably evens out about the same as what you did though. Back in the day though the prices you charged are what I charged on a reg basis but these last couple of yrs have been rough on couponing. Its easy with the apps but you have to use so many of them to get good deals. We are supposed to have one pretty soon depending on how an elderly family member is doing at the time but I won't have near the amount of stuff Ive had in the past.. Congrats on the good job for your 1st one.
Some of the items were priced lower than what I usually do, but after 3-4 attempts of selling them in a “build your own bundle” sale on marketplace to no avail I just wanted to get rid of them! 😆 my neighborhood sale was actual Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and I thought about doing that but trying to juggle my kids while my husband worked 2 of those days didn’t seem like a good idea! So I just did Saturday lol thank you!
New viewer here 🙂. I love watching other people’s stockpile sales. I have 1-2 each year and I love it. I think you did everything right. Advertising and pricing were on point in my opinion. I know some will say those prices were low but I look at it like I got it for free or almost free so I’m making a profit no matter what. I’m priced to sell. Things I’ve learned or done as I do it longer. Price gun, best purchase yet. Extra boxes for people to take the product home in. I don’t take any offers. I’ve already priced it dirt cheap. Every year I invest in something else for the sale. One year it was the price gun, last year was a canopy tent. Previous years it was tables. And yes you need help. 😂. I enlist my husband for the first day which is always the busiest and my teenager helps helps for all 3 days (mine is a combo garage sale/stockpile sale so it’s huge). I pay her 5-7% of the sale today. Some incentive to help me. Good luck on your future sales.
Welcome! I definitely think I need to get a price gun! Hand writing all of the prices on a lot of it was time consuming haha! I found someone on marketplace to rent tables from this time (only $50 for 5 tables!) but i definitely want to purchase some so i can set up earlier to make it less hectic. I had one person ask for a lower price, and I just said no. I put in my ad that the prices are firm so I think that helped cut down on people asking. Thank you!
Hi, I’m new. Congrats on a great sale! I did one last weekend at my friends house and did $1374, but still had a lot of products left that I just didn’t want to sit in my house so I’m doing another one today at my house. Im taking a break while my son and husband are out there helping. I have prices on everything to make it easier on them. A couple of years back I bought a pricing gun, it works well, but ever time it needs a refill I have to rewatch a TH-cam video to relearn how to do it, but its easy to do.
Welcome! That’s a great idea to get a price gun so you can take a break and let others run it for a little bit. I might invest in one so I can do something similar haha. I hope yours is as successful today as yours was last weekend!
Good video. I believe your prices are pretty good. The Compeed....I won't sell mine anymore. I got an ankle problem I was dealing with. It was not a blister but a soar on my ankle. But somehow with the nerves, it caused great pain on my heel. It felt like it was being cut even though the skin wasn't broken. Out of desperation, I took out one of my Compeeds and put it on the heel. I was amazed, the pain was instantly relieved. It works like a numbing medication not just a bandaid.
You did very well…you had the yard sell set up very well and organized. I have yard sales 2x a summer and make out well with household items. I also price to sale. You have good prices and with my experience most people really appreciate it. My hobby is couponing and I love doing it. Thanks for sharing your day. ❤ Cassi
Great job, some prices could have been higher but that’s ok. I always have empty bins by my register (that my husband man’s) that people can make piles with. And I save all my plastic grocery bags to use for what people buy. And babysitter or something to keep the kids busy! You did great with the labeling and presentation of your product. Thanks for the info for the boxes! Also when I post on Facebook I always say no early birds!
Thank you! I saved all my grocery bags from my hauls so I could bag up everything. I am glad to not have a mountain of those anymore! 😂 I had about 50 messages from people trying to get me to sell to them before the sale. I eventually had to stop looking at them. It’s not fair to sell to others beforehand when I said I won’t do early shopping. That was a little frustrating but it all worked out!
Great job on your yard sale. Just a little advice. I always have at least another person if not 2. I have had products walk off. I thought my husband collected the money and he said he didn't. I was busy with other people. I always give them baskets to shop with.I put a table in front of my product table so they have to walk by me to leave. Also, I have grocery bags I use.
Thank you! I was worried about people stealing. I don’t think anyone did, but you never know. The first hour I was completing transactions so I was not able to keep an eye out.
Thank you! Oh boy, I couldn’t do retail price. I want to help others save money as well! And I really wanted a lot of the product out of my house and put to good use so I priced pretty low lol.
thats wild if people even BUY at retail price! i can imagine this happening in more rural areas but if you are going to pay regular retail you should go to regular retail, and get customer service if you need to return something for any reason!
We stopped by today, and we really really appreciate the prices. It was so amazing, I wish we got there earlier!!! I wanted some febreeze, lol. I'm excited to check out how to do the couponing!!!
Having boxes is good. I also have a stack of Menard's reusable bags. I got when they used to rebate them for free. I let people use them like shopping carts.
I've been doing sales for several years and agree with your pricing for my area, I would charge $2 for the febreze air spray and $3 for the fabric spray but I sell body wash for 3-4$, periodically, I have an entire set of shelves for $! SALE and get rid of anything difficult to sell or its been around for a while, you can also have a "FREE" box for item free with a purchase and get rid of items too, I usually only run the sale 2-3 hours and run it once a month, I also have somebody help me bag and give them stuff for helping
You did great, definitely need at least 2 people to do a big stock pile sale. I have had multiple sales and I did pretty well too. Your pricing was great. As a couponer myself I would of probably went shopping at your sale too. I price alittle higher but I'm in Florida. I do half price or less on most products at Walmart prices too. Paper products and laundry care it depends on brands how I price. Loved watching, and thank you for your haul as well 😊
Thank you! I have heard Florida has a higher cost of living than us in the Midwest, so it totally makes sense for your prices to be a little bit higher!
Gr8 job. 👏👏 Having my first sale soon. I don't have as much laundry but I'm hoping to get @ least $500-$600. I have learned a lot about couponing in the 5 months I have been doing it and am looking forward to seeing what sales and what doesn't. I also do personal shopping for some who have favorites they need/want and it helps keep the funds flowing to stockpile more.
I thought about having a combo sale as well but I didn’t this time since it was my first time and I wanted to see how much I could make with just my stockpile. Maybe next time!
Wow congrats. You did awesome all by yourself. My area doesn’t get that much traffic. I wish we would have block sales or something similar. Appreciate u sharing
Thank you for sharing this! I was just saying to my bf that i want to do a sale soon so this was so helpful!! I'm happy you did so well!!! Did you advertise that you were taking other forms of payment? I thought more people would have paid that way, but what do i know!!! Thanks again! This was awesome!!!
It's my first time to stop by your channel and I loved ur video.... And also the price range at which you sell to help the people around u.... Love from India.... May be some day I could come by and shop from your stock pile... Love the products too.... 😊😊😊 Keep up the great work.... Tc ....
Great job and you organize items as we would, makes it easier for the customers. Suggestions: have price stickers also on the items, easier for counting, only do from like 8am - 12 pm or shorter; must have a helper and bags for customers. Would have loved to also see the actual people buying the items in the video clip, maybe next time.
I love compeed! I know it’s marketed for blisters but any wound it’s amazing for. You can even use it on boils or infections if more people understood how amazing the product is you would have no problem selling them. Honestly you should keep them for yourself.
great sale . I only have walgreens and walmart .Would love a target but 80 miles isnt a choice . I sell at a nursing home (my husband is there) 2 a month plus a bonus a worker get a large order 250 on each pay period to help her kids. I have a list of items she wants and brands . Its a win win Thanks for all you do
Congrats, girl!!! Great video 👏 👏 👏 I haven't sold any of my couponed items. Just storing. I can't wait to do a yard sale. 🙌 Hoping to be half as successful as you 👏 👏 👏 😊
My prices are low for my area (I’m near Scranton) but helps keep return customers and I’m not in it to make money just help others save while I do too! ❤
That’s amazing! I feel like if I would have had enough product out when I first opened I could have gotten close to that. I am still happy about what I got though! It sets the bar pretty high to reach for next time! 😂
@SavingWithKay yes that's how I felt when I made 2k I'm like this won't happen again LOL but it's nice to sit out a day or 2 we as moms r usually home anyways way not try to make some side cash. That is awesome you did amazing how exciting.

I’m knew watch Jodi Dunn and running kimono all the time I must not coupon as good as you ladies I’ve had to start buy pallets do you post coupon videos?
How much do you think you profited overall compared to your cost with couponing? This is my first video I’ve watched of yours so I’m not sure how much you get for free with coupons.
@@debstayblessed9549 no I don’t. I wait until there are really good deals at a regular store to stock up. It’s cheaper doing it that way then going to a big box store
Jodi Dunn suggested we watch you. I subscribed too. You did a wonderful job.
I coupon and I would still shop your sale - great prices!! 😂 Happy you did well! 🎉
Thank you! 😊

Where you get plastic crates i need some asap
I got them when they went on clearance right after back to school sales!
Girl congregation. But yeah that is way to cheap. U need to bump a $1 on almost every item. I wishing could buy some from you. Omg. 😂
Some people tried to get items even cheaper 😂 I was like no I know some of this is lower than usual I’m not going lower!
I was thinking the same, also my suggestion is to do 2x$5 or 3×$10 mix and match
🆗💯👏🏾😔😭😭😭😭😩🤦🏾♀️
Hi ❤ my first stock pile sale i did 2 yrs ago i made 2k it was amazingggg... the next yr wasnt the greatest i made $900

Awesome, you did great!
Did you do it all by yourself? Wow! I am so nervous about about having a stock pile sale. I currently just sell to family and friends.
I did. I don’t recommend 😂😂😂 Especially at the beginning. There were so many people and only one of me lol.
How do you get those boxes from the post office? I see Jodi Dunn had them too.
I have had them for a long time. I ordered the boxes from USPS when my husband deployed in 2019.
Awesome Kay!!. How long did you take to stockpile for this sale?
Some items I have had for 4-6 months, others about 3 months.

Selling at Flea markets sounds like a good idea as well!
@@SavingWithKay yes it is. I’ve been doing it for almost 5 years now.
my Walmart STILL hasn't gotten the dove hand soap!!!!
I have one store that has it and another that doesn’t, so Walmart must be picky on which store they put it in 😕
How long did it take you to collect all those items by couponing before you had the sale?
About 6 months!
Congratulations, well done.
Thank you!
How do you do a QR code for Paypal for people to pay you? Did you have women & men's razors the same price?
You can pull it up on your account, but I took screenshots and printed them out so people could scan it that way. And yes I had women and men’s razors priced the same.
I don't see a QR code. Where is it located?
how do you advertise your sale/get the word out?
I posted in Nextdoor and Facebook marketplace. I also put signs out in my neighborhood to advertise.
Great stockpile sale! 🎉 Prices are low as for me, but it’s different for everyone.
That is true! 😊
Omg. I would shoo at your sale before I coupon. Sooooo cheap. You should sell that very quickly.

I’m new. I heard about you from Jodi Dunn!!
Hello! Welcome to my channel! 🤗
How much do you think you profited overall compared to your cost with couponing? This is my first video I’ve watched of yours so I’m not sure how much you get for free with coupons.
I would say about $900 after considering the amount I spent on the products.
@@SavingWithKay that’s amazing!
Are those boxes free at the post office ?
Yes!
You did awesome.
Thank you!
Great job!
Thanks you!
Any chance you ship items?
I don’t 😕
Thanks for the tips!
How long did it took you to get this pile together?
About 6 months of hardcore couponing lol
Thanks
Your prices are fine. Here in Michigan I think your prices would only be a 1 or 2 difference.
Thank you!
Great work!🤗
Thank you! 😁
How do you have customers pay you with venmo ?
I had a QR code made with my Venmo info on it so they could scan that and send the money to me from their Venmo account.
@@SavingWithKay thank you
Do you ever just buy in bulk from big box stores and sell? Is it reported to IRS? 😅New viewer.
@@debstayblessed9549 no I don’t. I wait until there are really good deals at a regular store to stock up. It’s cheaper doing it that way then going to a big box store
@SavingWithKay really interesting. Thanks
So wish I lived near you lol!!
Awesome sale!!
Thank you!!
I want to come to your yard sale. Where are you located
Omaha Nebraska
I wish I lived close to you 🥰
