I don't think one visit to one particular hotel should reflect upon the hospitality standards of a whole country 😢 Maybe they aren't being paid well enough and the hotel rooms aren't occupied by guests. Still, nowhere does that justify the high costs and poor standards of service. But still don't judge a whole nation by the behaviour of one. The same way you can't expect the same hospitality within all of India based on the experience in one hotel alone. Nevertheless, that Pakistani hotel's service standards are beyond appalling and they need to take it up more than a few notches if they wish for folks to ever return. Its abysmal to say the least. Staff seems totally disinterested and extremely untrained.
It's bad to compare anything, leave alone 2 countries. We humans have this stupid habit of comparing everything. Each has its flaws and good points. One must enjoy each and everything as it comes to you in life.
