Do you think hydraulic brake fluids get air bubbles with the changing pressure from such altitudes. Maybe mechanical disc brakes is a more reliable option? Regardless, amazing ride - am envious of your adventure!!

Hi Jonathan. No no worries with that. We took our bikes many times in the planes and bubbles in the system were never the issue.

I would recommend you to go through Kathmandu Lhasa and return cycling trail it's amazing and view of Everest are seen.
Thanks for the tip! Hopefully soon it’s possible to do this again when China opens the borders! Would be a dream to cycle from Lhasa to the base camp!
