I love Snoopy! Very cool watch. As a collector it's not always about getting the most expensive or the one with the most complications. Sometimes you just need to have fun.

Fun indeed. Agreed Timex should release something higher up market. Not to high as although they have the brand history, to me, when I hear timex I think affordable. May be hard to shake that image with a $500+ release.
Very fun looking watch which is a great departure from the competition of the watches featured on this channel before. However, I'm not sure if I like the watch without a seconds hand and the price is a bit steep ($150) for this guy. Would definitely pick it up as a for-fun watch if it was cheaper.
Certainly different to some of the newer versions of the watches, incidentally, in the early 1960’e, Timex produced an automatic Viscount series, hadn’t seen automatics from that period, possibly someone could put me right about early automatics of your watch?.
I opted for the 38mm with Indiglo. Although at the time mine came on a red Zulu that I swapped out for black leather. I think it was in the $50 range about two years ago. Love mine. Been a Snoopy fan forever. I’ve also got the Invicta limited edition Pro Diver version and an old Armitron quartz that I bought when I was in college. I'm waiting for the watch where the hour hand is Lucy crouched down holding the football and the minute hand is Charlie running towards it. Every hour, he misses it and she stays there, waiting to do it again.

Rob I love you made so many damn watch reviews with such consistent quality. I saw this watch cheap but with trash information so glad you uploaded.
There's something about a Timex watch that is very cool and always will be. They are timeless watches.

Timex finally puts lume on a watch... but the hands aren't lumed so it doesn't matter xD Still worth it, I just find that hilarious

I can't buy a watch with an acrylic or non-sapphire crystal. I know a scratch will just throw my off and I would focus on it constantly.
I'd get a leather watch cover to protect the crystal.
