It’s so nice to see the asmrists I watch end up talking about each other. I’m also a follower of Tabuhan (the delta waves he uses make my brain zone out so nicely lol) and it’s so lovely to see how the community inspires each other with different methods :)
ASMR IS tapping, crinkles, scratching, different surfaces that make noises to stimulate the tingles that relax and create the waves on the asmr nerve. I have never seen apologies for making noise before. No noise is not ASMR. I have been involved since 1990s. Wolf lady, you are a very talented asmr practitioner. Hope we dont lose you. Love you and your Reiki ASMR practice.
Love actually cutting cords! As very weird as this may seem, I can hear the difference between scissors cutting nothing and cutting something. Even weirder, "empty" cutting bothers me (I blame growing up with a hairstylist). That being said, I don't let it stop me from watching quality work like this 😊

I love to burn an incent or put this lavender sleep blend essential oil on my pillow so it makes the experience more immersive and those scents make my sleep environment much more relaxing, getting me in the mindset for sleep 😴

lol a while ago i caved and got youtube premium exactly for that reason. a lot of asmrtists don’t fix their levels either so my airpods would be cranked to the max
Idk if they have it on android but theres an app called Musi, all the ads are 100% silent and it has a sleep timer so your phone wont die i swear by it
