Always love your videos Robyn! Do you have any tips for student life in Swansea and on Singleton Campus? I'm thrilled to say I've gotten a course offer at the med school, and I'm really eager to know as much as I can about the city in advance!

I’d say to honestly try anything that presents itself, even if it’s just once. I ended up working as a student ambassador, creating my own social media, taking up karate and climbing. These are all things I wouldn’t have ever thought to do before
Swansea is a really great location if you love the outdoors - I would definitely recommend going to the Brecon Beacons, taking up opportunities to do your placements outside of Swansea, going to the Gower (especially on nice sunny days)

@@robyntaylor9648 There really are so many things there I'm excited to try. I'll definitely go in with that mindset, and explore the outdoors aplenty! Are the city and Singleton Campus quite bicycle-friendly, too? I was thinking it might be a good idea to cycle to the campus and back each day instead of taking the bus 🚲
@@adamchapman7729 oh it’s definitely bike friendly! It has a gorgeous beach front to cycle along. I’d say be cautious of the weather as it’s pretty wet in winter, and also watch out for hilly areas (they can get very steep to cycle)
In summer, I cycled to campus everyday, and would walk back with my bike up-hill
