It's looking very good Sim. My house is very similar to what you are modeling, and I also have 2 dormers (I call them dog houses, LOL) When I was a carpenter, I typically did 3 dormers. The middle one was to bring natural light into the stairwell. AND it gave some balance to the roof line. Watching your build gets our creative juices flowing. Keep it up my friend. Great job!

When I first started I was cast in the kitchen the wife didn't speak to me for a fortnight mind you it was bliss lol I ended up moving production into my little shed which resolved a lot of problems I am going to do a video about a different method of colouring bricks I will give you a head-up and it you get VALLEJO PIGMENTS DARK RED OCHRE 73-107 it's not badly priced at modelhobby it's about £2.65 which isn't bad I've worked out a couple of different techniques which really look good I will do a video like I said some time in the next week and put it out. You will find that you will get faster and faster at casting the cobbles I got it down to a casting every 15 minutes as you don't handle them as much as the larger parts pop out of the mould after about 10 minutes and leave to cure in a container many thanks Sim
