get it from bittorrent (dot) com and download bittorrent then go to mininova (dot) com and type in melty blood re act or act cadenza my advice to get re act first and then cadenza

This is Melty Blood and not Mugen. I play this game a lot. :D Its the secund best 2D fighting game a sow so far. Of corse the firt best is Guilty Gear. :D

Like most games you download, you need to install it. I can't say for sure, since I yet to download this one, but that usually is how it is.
