Hi Melissa, my favourite is the Volcano Jewel. I can’t believe the Paphiopedilum you got. Here in Toronto I bought a Paph venustum with 2 leaves and a 3rd coming. It was over $100 but it was in bloom. You are so lucky to live in such a warm climate and keep your collection outside. 🩷

Hey Melissa, I hope all is well. Thanks for sharing another orchid haul. It came out wonderful 👌. I saw you repotted a rescued orchid in one of the Home Depot Green pod, be very careful because those pods like to keep water at the bottom, I have a few of these and had to open holes for the water to be l drained, keep that in mind. I had a little orchid haul myself today! The Corona Green Genie was delivered to me today 🤗. I ordered her from a grower on Etsy. She is a beautiful orchid, blooming size, in perfect condition with a pot full of beautiful roots. Thank you, Jim's Orchids!

You are so refreshing, it’s delightful watching your videos. I got so excited when I saw your Hawaiian Leopard “Mei Ling”! I have a small one, which I mounted on November 2023 after almost losing it to a stupid mistake I made😩. Anyway, it gave me 1 gorgeous bloom, slightly more on the orange side than yours and it has a light but delicious fragrance. So, when I saw yours, I started crossing my fingers hoping that mine, one day, will look as spectacular as yours🤞🏻😍

hey Melissa, love your video's like always but I wanred you about myths people create on a weekly basis if you look for answers online. Like where did you hear about the ripple effect on bellina related phals being to let water flow off. Literally any myth I read about can be debunked just by thinking about it logically for a second. The ripple effect actually creates little puddles compared to no rippling. Water can flow off much easier with no ripples. This shows that that is just a myth somebody randomly created one day to justify why their plants have the rippling. Next you will hear that oncidiums grow crinkly leaves for the same reason. It's just people justifying why their pants do this and that it is completely normal. Not all bellina's will grow wavy leaves. If you look up enough bellina and violacea related hybrids you will discover not everyones plants do this. It is very common but not all people's plants do it. Don't believe everything you read online...
