In this episode of SPI TV, I'm going to show you how to create an awesome slide deck for your next presentation, one that captivates your audience and supports your talk, not bores people to death and puts people to sleep.
I've performed dozens of presentations myself, and I take great pride in how I approach my slide deck. I'm always getting complimented on my slides, and I want the same to happen to you.
Creating great slides doesn't have to be difficult, and with a few simple rules and some guidelines to follow, you'll stand out as a top presenter the next time you're on stage or presenting in front of a group.
If you're interested in learning how to start an entire keynote or powerpoint presentation from scratch (including how to come up with ideas), watch this recent live stream where I walk you through this process, right from the start: • How to Start a Keynote...

    1 correct slide size
    2 avoid bullet points
3 Topic + at least 1 support image
4 Choose a style that you like
5 Keep the text on the top
6 Show a "road map" (how far you've gone into the presentation)
    7 Use graphs and tables
8 Higlight the most important portions of your slides
9 Go dark during story time (take people's attention)

I have to say that when it comes to lectures and seminars, I actually do appreciate when the presentation covers all the key information and the lecturer makes it available for download or e-mails to all students, so I don't have to take notes for every single thing they say. I even print the presentation if it's extra valuable. I want to do this for my own students as well.

Just couple of things - first, after your dark slide, it is important that your next slide is not too bright. You don't want to blind people, especially if the room is dark. Second, Pat, it would be really helpful if you put any links in the description box so people can just copy-paste them.

Brother or sister, the kingdom of GOD is near, we need to repent and believe in Jesus Christ, so that our sins can be forgiven, and we can have eternal life.
If we don't believe in Jesus, we will die in our own sins.
Lying, Stealing, murders, evil heart, revellings, hatred, emulations, arrogant, strife, Envyings, commit adultery, seditions, bad words, porn, didn't honour father and mother, worship idol, homosexual, fortune teller, black magic, blasphemed GOD, claiming self to be GOD, calling a man as GOD, worship things made of gold, silver, wood, stone or other materials, worship animal as GOD, against GOD, did not want to repent and believe in JESUS, take the name of GOD/JESUS in vain and other evils things, these all are sins. If we did 1 of these things before, it makes us sinner. If we continue to do these things or sinning, we will die in our own sins.We need to repent through Jesus, to make our relationship with GOD good again, because There will be a judgement day 1 day, The people who believe in Jesus Christ and follow his commands will enter the kingdom of GOD, but the people who don't believe in Jesus and done evil/bad things/sinners will enter Hell.
Only Jesus can give you joy and real peace in your heart, only Jesus can forgive your sins, only Jesus can lead you to be a righteous man.
No other name except JESUS can save your soul and lead you to heaven.
This is about our eternal life and eternal death, so believe in Jesus and repent(Confess to GOD that we're sinner, stop sinning and follow Jesus teaching), to save our own soul and life.
Repent, and be baptized every one of us in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and we shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. The Holy Spirit/Ghost will guide us on how to become a righteous man, live and work according to GOD's will.
      Lord Jesus said:
luke6: 37 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
You can read BIBLE online by searching it on google, you can start read from the book of JOHN. You can learn Jesus teaching from there. Here's one: www.esv.org/John+1/
If you have any stress, problem in your life, you can pray to Jesus and ask for His help, Jesus will listen to your prayer.
GOD is our Father, He is the ONE who made us and everything in this world. It's time for us to return to Him and acknowledge Him as our Father through Jesus Christ. Wake up people, return to your only ONE Almighty GOD and Father.
