- 'My mum gave birth to me when she was only 17. I guess to her, i was this child who ruined her dreams, who reminded her of a painful past. She vented all her anger on me. She hated so much and forbid me to call her mum. Her hatred damaged me so much that even at 27 years of age, i was still struggling with bed-wetting!

My niece kept on telling my sister that she hates her and loves the other two sisters. We aunties kept on thinking our niece is ungrateful. Finally our niece decided to go far away from the family. Unfortunately she passed away prematurely and a very bitter person. I can relate with this story.
Very sad. I wish someone talked to her. Once a child feels rejection they distance from other people especially from the family members and that can be very dangerous. The next thing that happens can be horrific.
Pastor Anne, you are a blessed, brave woman. Live your life to the best of your ability. It's so good that you have faith in God who will always be with you. I will not worry about your mother or siblings, for you can not force them to be in your life. You will grow and live in peace.

Pastor Ann is talking about me though it's from my sister as I later heard no one has ever sat down with me to tell me what happened to my mom and dad. I spent my young age years beaten up no food running from one house to another looking for love and peace. But my God is faithful that I am truly humbled and grateful that he showed me favor and I live at peace in America yet they still talk ill of me but I forgave them and moved on.

Hakuna kitu inaumaga mtoto or a young adult more than kuhaimbishwa infront of their peers! Annie was wetting her bed because of traumas that she was enduring at home. She knew that her mom rejected her at a very young age, and this was painful as a little girl. 💔💔😭😭

Wow I thank God for Anne. I remember you at H.S. you were so composed as a student. You never showed any from of stress you were going through all those three yrs. You were one yr ahead of me. Let me tell you you have a great future and destiny and thats why God has preserved you all these yrs. Your story is sad but brings hope and life to many people who have suffered rejection. I know many first borns who have suffered rejection especially those born out of wedlock or before their moms were married. Coupled with bed wetting these can be so stigmatizing but God made a way out for you. Let Psalms 139: 13-17 be your portion. Remember you are created in God's image, His child and He has better plans for you for He knew you before you were carried in your mom's womb. Forward He will always carry you and sustain you. I think we are many who have been rejected in different ways by our mother, i have remembered soo many things happend when i was young ,i even got married at 17yrs looking for love and support,but it alse become warse,the man was beating me like a dog even when i was pregnant,my mother never do anything about this toxic marriege,when i go back to her home she used to sent me back to that man,i stayed to that marriege for 11yrs until the tym i decided to go to rental house,i have rented 8yrs and i have never seen my mother or somebody from my family to know where i went,but when you trust in the lord everything is possible

Dear you only need Jesus to be your personal Savior and owner if they don't accept you. There's peace and comfort that comes with getting saved and after being in a true church where you will be fed with the pure Word of God. The Word will teach you a lot about your relationship with God and the good plans He has for you. This is what has kept me so strong all through and has healed me. Wazazi, including all the young parents inabidi watu waache manipulation. We have to heal from all sides. And whoever is on the wrong, let them be called out, sio kuaibisha, but to actually heal forward, since we cannot do anything about the past. We have to heal forward.
