I dont have the shoulder mobility for twisted grip, how much harder is true grip? Would I be better to work on getting twisted grip to work for me or iron-x in true grip haha?
Thanks for this inspiring tutorial 😮 I’ve recently been training daily on my extended flag in recent weeks (after working on it on and off for years!). I’m currently able to lift into it (with bent legs) for a few seconds, but then my body starts to drift backwards - any tips please for how to stop this happening, or is it just a case of continuing to strengthen and condition?

Is it possible to do a different grip with the top hand? This grip style is hard on my wrist.
Yes absolutely! You can definitely do the regular grip which is the same as the calisthenics style cup grip. Either works!
