I have a book (I bought from Bernard Jansen) that says he was captured by the Soviets & severely tortured when he was going on a secret mission to the USSR for the Vatican. If this is the case, then what was released by Pope John Paul the Second, was either false or just a portion of it. Because what was released didn't send schock waves to those who heard it. It mentioned the attempt to kill a Pope or that a Pope would be killed. However , I think the best way is for a mass recitation of the rosary around the world to compel the release of the secret.
