the thing is there are a lot of mango varieties in our country. The one that is always being shown is the "kalabaw" variety. But there is a smaller ones that looks the same as "kalabaw" variety but really small (about 4 - 5X smaller) and is even sweeter when ripe and really sour when still green, it is called "supsupin". That latter variety is the one used for "sinigang sa mangga" soup dish as an alternative to tamarind. But over all, kalabaw mango variety is the most favorite ones due to its sweetness and because it is big and is available or planted all over the country. Mangoes are native to Cavite province where "supsupin" variety can also be found. Mangoes in Cavite are never planted they just grow wild. But the rapid industrialization across the province of Cavite diminished the mango tree population where manufacturing facilities sprout like a mushroom not to mention the rise of villages and subdivisions across Cavite province. Laguna province on the other hand is famous for lanzones and rambutan and it might also be facing challenges as the human habitation in that province is also rapidly expanding. But now lanzones and rambutan are being planted across the country. So what mango is the best you ask? it is the Philippine mango in general.
Did these with my best friends and they are afraid of heights and can't even swim but still we enjoyed cliff jumping so much! It really is a core memory. You can bring an aqua bag to bring money and other things. Our guide carried it with him. I cant wait to do this again this year!
Guimaras Mangoes specifically won the Guinness one. Guimaras Island is near Iloilo, they also have mango pizza and mango ketchup hahaha both taste great! But my mind gets confused because the ketchup is bright yellow

This is the best adventure I had. I have awesome memories doing Kawasan Falls Canyoneering. That was once in a lifetime adventure. I'm just thrilled I've experience it from its natural form (before the typhoon comes)
If you're planning to visit the Philippines and your first time, you have 30 days visa free, then while there you can extend. It's best to fly into Cebu (Mactan Airport). From the US there's flights connecting via Japan to Cebu. Cebu city has a lot of city life, from there head south. Most tourist use Moalboal as a base (sadine run), then rent a bike to go different places. Canyoneering, whale sharks, a couple more waterfalls, and Osmena Peak (short trek up, gorgeous scenery). From Cebu you can fly to Coron or Puerto Princesa in Palawan. I would suggest the Tao expedition, 3-5 days going from Coron to El Nido (v.v.) and experience the islands. Give your schedule wiggle room, as traveling in the PH can take a full day, and the transpo system can be wonky.
Kawasan Canyoneering is just 1-2hours away from where i live, you can also go sardine run and whale shark snorkeling.. so many things to do here in Cebu.
Philippine mangoes are the sweetest and if you see Korean convenience store/market that sale’s mango 🥭 in every state in the US like it come from the Philippines , we trade in agricultural businesses including 🌽
Once you've experience all these activities in our country you will definitely want to stay longer so pack your backpacks and have fun in the Philippines

in Antique Philippines there blue lagoon Malumpati you'll see the water came from its from the nature it's popular tourist spot also at that water came from also from nature the the color of water I can't explain why like that
If ever you travel to bohol. You guys should try "The Plunge" and the"Giant swing". Highly recommended ☺️. The best and sweetest mango can be seen is in Guimaras.

Guimaras island has the sweetest mango for me, based on experience and has a strict rules for visitors when it comes to their mango production, visitors are not allowed to bring any kinds of mango inside Guimaras island but allowed to take out mangoes from the island to maintain the original taste of their mangoes
If your going to our country 1st thing you must have sun screen,mosquito lotion, good open hiking sandals, googles beach shoes for you not to hurt in corals and long sleeves for swimming. Good luck guys if you visit the phils.😅
I have some tips for you when doing canyoneering.First of all get yourself a pair of aqua boots or diving boots because sand will get in your shoes and scratch the back of your feet. Secondly: some companies are doing it with large group, so try to avoid that because you will have to walk, jump, climb and swim faster than you would like to, to be able to stay with the group, that can cause serious injury. Thirdly be careful when stepping on small boulders underwater, I saw a young guy broke his ankle when he stepped between two rocks. And last but not the least, take it slowly in order to enjoy the place. Have lots of fun!
Here in usa the best mango i can grab is from mexico, vietnam or china in the asian supermarkets i go to. That philippine mango is just exclusive there 😂. Its a lil bit bigger than the teenage mango here in asian supermarket and that philippine mango is not yellow its golden yellow.
we actually have DIFFERENT TYPES OF MANGO 🥭🥭❤❤. The most famous is the PHILIPPINE SWEET MANGO. I think the sweetest can be found in GUIMARAS. The other 2 that I know are Carabao Mango (Most SOUR mango), INDIAN MANGO (Small and it can be sour or sweet depends if its ripe or not) these 2 are partnered with either BAGOONG or SPICY ROCK SALT to atleast ease the sourness. The PHILIPPINE SWEET MANGO can be a little bit sour if it's not FULLY RIPED. Tip how to spot sour one ...If it has green spots, if the color is pale yellow and if you squish it a little bit it is not soft.
Best Philippine mangoes come from Guimaras, but those from other provinces/islands are not far behind. Cebu's, Zambales', Pangasinan's, etc. they all taste very good and sweet. Anywhere here in PH you'll find mangoes better than those grown outside the PH😁

You can find a lot of mango trees everywhere even in some part of Manila! But its abundant in Davao city, Zambales and other provinces as well!
