I bought a d&d billet cat exhaust in black ($300.00 up charge) from Kim and Chris at the thunder on the beach rally this past spring. Paid over $1,700.00 for it. the black powder coat finish looks like something out of a shaker can. the coating started flaking off where the end cap slides into the muffler and where the little heat shield meets the collector. D&D will not answer their phone, will not return voicemails and will not respond to emails to even discuss the problem. No reflection on Cycle Solutions but D&D customer service is crap. And all they talk about is American made and quality. Very dissapointed.
Rusty is a POS. I took my chrome one to him in person and said my fingerprint made the chrome discolor and told me to email him. Never heard back. He got terrible reviews at sturgis this year.
You are exactly right. I had big bore on my RG with a 124. It was ridiculous and my buddies said the same thing. I have the Vortex on my CVO with a 128 and it’s much quieter but loud enough.
How hard is it to change the baffle out in this muffler? I currently have a billet cat with the big bore, brand new in the box waiting to go on, and im worried its going to sound like crap. I have heard changing the baffle in the muffler is a HUGE PAIN

Do you have to have a big bore motor to run the big bore baffle or can it be used with a stock 107 ??? Or 107 with a cam??

Nobody will want to ride behind you with the big bore baffle. It’s too loud. I have one and ready to change out to the vortex baffle.
