The problem is , what happens to the false complainant? Nothing . Could you please tell me what actions the man can take against that woman.

IPC sections 499,500,504 and 506!.
You can't really do anything. At most they might impose a fine on the women for a few thousand Rs. There are only 2 cases in whole India where women got punishment for false allegations.
As per PoSH Act, the women can be terminated from the organisation . I have personally handled 3 such cases where we fired women fir filing false case of sexual harassment
You can also ask for monetary compensation for mental trauma, loss of reputation in society etc
@@shivanimadanbose4056a thre star police family hit me and their woman hit me on my face , while protecting my face old woman fell down, they went to police station and said i pushed her 10 years in jail and putting rape case if you don't pay, the police 3 star from their family , threatened my father to pay 1.50 lakhs or will hit me , my father has paid 50 thousand, and they have my medical all are involved

mam in reality people HR will already considered as guilty and just to save company reputation they ask male employee to resign immediately and close the case. there is no safe guard in private organisation only to avoid women at all cost.

Bhai meray sath bi huwa hai. Mai Pakistan me ek university me lecturer hun. Meri kuch female students ne exam acha nahi kiya aur fail hogayin. Unho ne mujpay jhoota allegation lagaya ke teacher hum me interested ta aur hum ne welcome nahi kiya isay to is ne fail kardiya. Mai ne aj tak parhai ke elawa koi bath nahi ki kisi bi student se. Inquiry ke baad allegation jhoot sabit huwe lekin un larkiyon ko kuch bi nahi kaha gaya. Mai khud bohot zehni takleef se guzra hun. Mai chahta hun ap ab khush hon meray bhai aur kisi ki himat na ho ke ap ko nuqsan de. Mai umeed karta hun ab muamla tek hochuka hoga.

False accused for POSH 2 days ago ..if I want put counter complaint how can I and ...If judgement comes against me...with political influence then will I get impact on backround verification....or not ( I don't want show this as my experience)

@@kevinmathew2973 Under IPC it’s not allowed. However, under PoSH we consider in some circumstances as no man would allow himself to be recorded if he’s harassing a women nor a women would allow herself to be recorded if shes going to file a false case.
The idea is to make your case as strong as possible.
