Man I’m an 03 Boom Alumni. I never watch the Jsettes. I normally just watch vids to hear the boom. I rewinded the Jsettes 2nd to last routine on this video more than 8 times. That stand routine was the most creative, professional, dope and most beautiful dancing I have ever seen. Super impressed!!!
Last thing: the way the Settes broke out into groups based on year was so CREATIVE and sweet. Seeing Neia, Dej, Shya all get their shine brought tears to my eyes. The crabs did so great on their bit at the end to close it out. Omg. Perfection Settes. Just… simply perfection. 🥹💙🤍🩵

Settes won- but they were in their element on their Homecoming day and I know Laneia was like "We WILL NOT let these girls eat us" cause if any team in the SWAC had a shot , it was Sting. My two faves ♥️

This is only my opinion, but the Stingettes counts are so versatile. It fits in slow, semi slow or fast. Their counts does not look awkward in any music. And I really love the sensuality and sultriness they give to me every time. I love them really. And their unis each game are beautiful. ❤

You can exchange “brutal” for “EXTRA”. I think 5:15 is a desperate attempt from a biased & worried crowd when they desperately need something to reference after the fifth is over. They will refer to that trumpet’s early note in ‘Ultra Instinct’ when they say their favorite band jsu “won” the 5th quarter. But I’d argue if you have to rely on a MISTAKE from the opposing band in order to win the battle, then your band wasn’t as good as you thought they were.

ASU and JSU didn’t play each other for some years after 2014 so the rivalry halted but when it resumed they always bring it to each other but this energy I would’ve expected with FAMU and brought that games energy here because you know the spectators will be looking!
