Yes but if you truly love God and love others as yourself, you will go out and help find the lost sheep as you are commanded to do, rebuke people of their sin to save them of destruction, help the poor, widows and orphans, etc. You almost have to hate people to politely let them walk themselves into hell when you have the knowledge to save them.
Dear one may I correct you as Eph. 2:8-9 say's You are saved by GRACE Through FAITH ALONE. Few know the truth shown thru the Bible story of Abraham and Sarah and its implications. Question? How many Sons did Abram and Sarai Have? Next question How many Wife's Did Abraham Have? The answer to these two question reveal weather or not you are a Bible Student or just another Pastor taught Church Goer. The answers are in your Bible in found in Both Genesis 25: 1-9 and 1 Chronicles 27-42. The answer is Abram had One Surrogagte Son by Shari's Concubine Hagar And One son By Sarah and 6 more Son's by Keturah His second Wife. Three branches of Nations: Ishmael the Arab Nation then Issac the Jewish Nation and then Keturah the Gentiles Nations and in total 8 Son's and Two wife's and Keturah being Hagar whom Abraham married after Sarah Died. Spiritual Israel came through Jacob and His only Son after He became Israel. In reality a true Israelite has nothing to do with Flesh and Blood in the Vain but instead Pure Grace Faith in the Heart a new Covenant reality. Abraham the Father of Spiritual Faith and Sarah the Mother of Pure Grace coming together as one to give Birth to a Grand Son Benjamin the only Godly offspring who's name means Son Of My Right Hand. The only true Israelite Tribe born through Jacob Israel because of God's Grace to Sarah and the Spiritual Faith of Abraham. Wake up People God's Kingdom is Spiritual and Not Physical and does not come with observation but is within each Saint through the Anointing of Divine Consciousness because of God's Grace thru Faith Alone. Stop Fighting over Earthly things and start Loving and producing Godly Character in you Life Daily because Love is the Only thing that will and can Change the You or World in general. . AMEN
You are one that is completely lost. You would be the servant who hid his talent in the ground and was rejected by the master upon his return judging from what you say here. I encourage you to read and study your Bible as your first 'work' if you desire salvation. "This means everlasting life, their tsking in knowledge of you and the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ" John 17:3.
May I say with out the Faith Seed of Father Abraham coming into the Grace Womb of Mother Sarah no Godly Spiritual off spring is possible. The question that must be asked is where does a persons Thought, Words and Action originate and from what source. The Christian Church knows nothing about the bible story of Abraham and Sarah and because so are blind and deaf to the Mystery of the Parable of the Seed and Sower and also the Mustard Seed. To prove the Fact; How many Sons did Abram - Abraham Have if you know. The very foundation of the Bible message of Covenant with God the Creator depends on the Abraham Story which is the Starting Point. The Bible say's if you do not knows the First Parable of the seed and sower you will never know any of the Hidden Teachings contained in the Bible. Mark 4: 10 - 12 Please let me know the Abraham Sarah story and who and how many Sons Abraham had if you know?
Dear friend, EVERYBODY believes in the Lord Jesus Christ (well, almost) this DOES NOT mean they have salvation. It just means they believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. One MUST OBEY his gospel OBVIOUSLY. Jn.3:5, Acts 2:38, Mt.16:16, Mt.28:19, water and Spirit. Jn.3:3, Jn.3:7, 1Pet.1:23, (PLEASE read my comment 'above') Mt.22:14, Mk.4:9 (KJV) PLEASE PLEASE read.
@@timkooper Sir, there is NO SUCH THING as ''receive him personally'' in scripture. FACT. One MUST be born of water and Spirit. Jn.3:5, Acts 2:38, Mk.16:16, Mt.28:19 (KJV) ( BAPTISM ) Mk.4:9 (KJV)
@tpv59 yes to them that recieve him. [12] But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: .......

Sometimes you don't even have to have discernment. Theyll just flat out tell you. One "christian" lady said she goes to church and recently said she got baptized and I told her in person did you actually receive the salvation of God and she said "No, I know I haven't fully turned but I'm not ready." I hope she might get saved, her name is Sandra, please pray for her
there's a lot of people believe water baptism is salvation.. baptismal regeneration.... it's not right.. we're saved by Jesus the atonement on the cross

The biggest evidence I knew about myself on the day I got saved was I immediately had a deep hunger to read & learn the Bible. I see other so called Christians who never talk about the Bible I don’t see any evidence in them of salvation.
Yeah, I spoke to someone like that. They claimed that they were "saved" but they were completely disinterested with talking about the things of God. It was like God was never in their thoughts at all. I warned them that if they had zero desire to talk about God and the Bible then they should check if they were ever born again. They proceeded to return back to all of the same behaviors that they had engaged in prior to their false "salvation experience".
1 John 3:1Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 2Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 3And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. 4Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. 5And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. 6Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. 7Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. 8He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 9Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 10In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
Amen. How people respond to the truth (God’s word) is quite telling. A very important message here that the worldly “God loves you just the way you are” and “you have no right to judge me or anyone else” professing Christians aren’t going to like. I am so grateful for the fellowship of the Spirit. I treasure the Lord’s Spirit that is with me. God bless you, brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. Thank you for this, brother Bryan. “For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;” Ep. 2: 18-19 KJV
Do you wrestle against your flesh? Is the old man put away? Is it really important to grow in knowledge and be an example for others (or remain a babe in Christ)? When you mess up (not if you mess up) are you repentant? Do you love God enough to separate from the world? Do you understand scripture enough to explain it to others simply?
You don't wrestle flesh, because you are flesh. When you walk by faith, the Holy Spirit subdues the flesh. You need to stop working, and rest on the finished work of Christ. As soon as you apply any effort of your own, you are fallen from grace. When you believe in the One who died for you, you die in Him. Sin and law have no power over a dead man. And when you also believe in the One who resurrected from the dead, you live in Him by the power of His eternal life, which is His Spirit in you. Fear nothing, only believe.
@TheFightingSheep you are fallen from grace? Like done for? You still physically need to tend to bodily issues sometimes like quitting bad habits or something no? That's not effort is it wouldnt thst just be a good thing to do because your saved?
The church I attend has many dads, who, when their young child was asking questions and seemed to be ready to be saved, that they took them to the pastor, or the children’s pastor, to win the soul. This is alarming. Not rightly dividing the word of truth has most Christians ignorant of the simplicity of salvation. As well, truth be told, unsure of their own salvation. The spiritual circumcision in col 2 that bro Ruckman brought to light, brought me to full assurance of salvation, after wrestling with it for 20 years. Amen.

Praise God brother that was a great message thank you. I just recent had to break fellowship with a false Christian. He said he believes that Jesus Christ is the Messiah but not God. I showed him from the scriptures many times, but after a while I had to walk away. Acts 20:29-30 KJV
Here in the South, even Pensacola. Doing street work. Everybody claims to be a Christian. But yet nobody knows what being born again means. Many live absolutely like the devil and when the word of God is brought up, as a rebuke and reproof, all chaos breaks loose from them. Still justifying their sin. Very sad to see the fruit of modern-day churches and The contemporary spirit that is taking hold on so many people. Deceiving and being deceived. Let me add something if anyone is reading this. Successfully each week. Maybe one might get saved on Saturday night, even Friday night might get a couple. The problem is I have doubts about 50% of those converts. I run into people who were so-called saved. They never tell me that they were born again until after they told me they're their credentials like they were baptized, they've been in church etc. And then finally they tell me that they were led to the Lord personally and were dealt with. I strongly doubt that Man's testimony. I borderline don't even know what to say. I don't want to confuse them either considering they were already showed the scriptures and were LED correctly unless it wasn't in their heart or they didn't care from the Begin with. Anybody else deal with that? It is strange when we get dozens of church invites out, even to the new converts, spend time with them trying to disciple them. Go away and don't care. Very sad. Church isn't a compromising sissy festival. Most visitors will leave before the preaching begins because the Sunday school was rough enough. every now and then some will stick and those ones. I'm confident of their salvation. Sad word. We live in today. I'm reading some books from some Old timer preachers and evangelist and I certainly are nothing alike.
Yeah, some read flags are talking about how they were raised in church, got baptized, had an "experience" with angels, etc., or that they are a "good person" when you ask them about their salvation. Then they live the rest of their lives as if they have no clue who God is or what the Bible even says. They seem to have no conviction for sin and live like the lost world (cursing, partying, watching ungodly things)... They may brag about attending church as if they are serving God by attending and trying to show how Godly they are, but then you discover they are attending a church with a drum set, guitars, perhaps some modern versions and lots of fun socializing and "programs". So basically no solid Bible preaching and teaching and no real fellowship between believers which spurs actual spiritual growth.
Such a great video and very timely brother! 🙏 Thank you for putting this out. So many people say they are Christians but things don’t line up. It’s good to know we can take the word of God and judge all things like the Bible says. Also this scripture came to mind too! The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: -Romans 8:16 KJV Our spirit should bear witness with those who are saved and born again. There should be that fellowship of the spirit there. Being of one mind and of one accord. Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. -Philippians 2:2 KJV
9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. what did you miss?
The first scripture you said to turn to 1st Corinthians Ch 2 is exactly where I was just studying yesterday and left off for today. Incredible how many times that happens!
In Romans 10:13, Paul is referencing the tribulation. Compare this with Joel 2:32 and Acts 2:21. It's well understood that Romans 9, 10 and 11 are directed at the Jews, not at Gentiles in the dispensation of the grace of God.
Yes. It envolks tolerance and acceptance to people's sin and sound like something the enemy would say. I'd rather offend someone into Heaven than comfort them into Hell.
Yes we can make judgements and most of the time you can be right on those people professing Christ if they are true or not but you can’t ULTIMATELY know because you are not omniscient. Please exegete 1Corinthians 4:5.
God Bless you Brother, finally someone on YOU-TUBE is preaching REAL TRUTH !!! Regarding “call upon the Lord” for salvation. Why then, in the very first detailed account of salvation (the Ethiopian eunuch) in the church age… no “calling upon the Lord” was recorded? Rather… He simply believed the gospel.
The Ethiopian eunuch did confess the name of the Lord for salvation. Acts 8:37 “And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.” (King James Bible). He said, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God." God bless.
Thank you for the reply! However it does appear that the first half of that verse, Philip declares if you believe the record, you then have permission to be baptized (meaning you are saved) Would you agree?
@@tenpinace1369 The book of Acts is a transitional book. Water baptism does not save, spiritual baptism saves. So in verse 36 he says, "See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?". So what does hinder you to be baptized i.e. born again of the Holy Spirit of God?. Verse 37 "If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.". He was then baptized in water, which as I said earlier is a picture of the spiritual new birth. 2 Corinthians 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) (King James Bible) & 2 Corinthians 4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. Bryan why would it matter to a person if you believe they're saved by their cleaned up life 'their works' what happened to being justified by faith Romans 5:1 KJV. Galatians 2:20 “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Paul is living by the faith of the Son of God, he isn't trying to establish is own law performance to make sure he looks saved. Romans 4:5. I shouldn't need to state the verse but it clearly tells us that we are saved by faith apart from works, if having a cleaned up life is a requirement to be saved then you're adding to the Gospel and perverting what Jesus did on the cross.
why would anyone care to do this? a person can confess with their mouth that jesus is lord, but we cannot actually know if they believe in their heart that god raised them from the dead, no matter what their mouth says.
Faith and repentance are both gifts from God. God before beginning elected all those whom He would give to His Son. Only a few, according to Jesus said would be born again by the Spirit of God. Romans chapter 9 should clear this up. Also Ephesians chapters 1 and 2 should help also. Salvation is from God!
The spirit knows all things and the spirit lives inside you, this much is true. But that does not mean that YOU know everything. You can NOT always tell if someone is saved. We can make an educated guess and the more you study the bible the more accurate you can be. Someone can lie to you and tell you they are born again but be lying. Surely you are not saying you know EVERYTHING, are you? And saying that WE judge all things does not mean that any ONE man can know all things. Or that any ONE man will judge all things, or currently knows all things. I'd also be willing to bet that in the original language and context "ALL things" is hyperbole. You can ask someone "have you been born again?" And do you believe that Jesus is the "Christ the Son of the living God?" And do you believe that Jesus died on the cross and paid your sin debt and do you believe in your heart that he rose again on the 3rd day?" If they say yes. You can say "ok if you are telling the truth then you are saved. But people lie all the time. They can be theologically clean as a whistle and as unsaved as Judas Iscariot. Until then you can't be 100 percent certain UNLESS the holy spirit CHOOSES to reveal it to you which he does do in many circumstances. For instance it was revealed to the man who was sent to restore Pauls eyesight that paul was now one of them. Or maybe the spirit would reveal to you that a loved one who is dying is truly saved. But there is no guarantee that the holy spirit will tell you every single time who is truly saved.
Thank you for doing this video. I feel today the gospel of our slavation ( the good news) has fallen by the wayside. Its simple and effective according to the scriptures. But i see people ( athletes, actors, etc)thanking God, whole stadiums on TH-cam singing to God , people getting baptized , people having debates and interviews on whether God is real or not( scientisits , journalists, etc coming over now believing there is a God based on scientific evidence, etc. And i think to myself are these people actually saved? Do they know the scriptures and the gospel of their salvation. Man, you can talk about the quasars and star clusters and origins of life till your blue in the face, or water baptisms , singing , etc but it wont add up to a hill of beans if you dont have the gospel of salvation down like the scripture says. Devils believe in one God and tremble. Spread the gospel of salvation as much as you can. There will be more joy in heaven for one person that repents than all those that need no repenting. And James 5:20 (KJV) Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins. Lets be fishers of men and get people saved through scripture.
"For what man knoweth the things of a man save the spirit of man which dweleth in him?" Paul here is drawing a distinction between what the natural man can know as opposed to what a man possessed of the Holy Ghost can know. A natural man i.e. unregenerate man can only know what a natural man can know, in other words all that a natural man can know by his human spirit is limited to his unaided reason, his human spirit has no capacity to know anything beyond that because it is an unregenerate spirit. It may know things about history, psychology, philosophy, science, etc, but it has no capacity to comprehend or know anything that comes from the Spirit of God because the unregenerate human spirit is void of the Spirit of God. Then Paul says "Even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God." Paul is drawing a distinction here and stating unequivocally that the spirit of man and the Spirit of God are entirely foreign to one another. I think our brother here was getting these two spirits mixed up.
Were you saying your friend committed adultery & messed up his life WHILE being saved?? Or before? Christians DO NOT commit adultery. The KVJ says the born of God DO NOT SIN.
I mean it's kinda simple. Saved people BELIEVE the Bible. Not just being an Atheist who adds a distorted Jesus to their secular lives, but a genuine CONVICTION that the Bible is true about the nature of our reality. I believe the Bible from start to finish. I take it all literally. I don't take Genesis to be myth, nor do I try to Science up every miracle of God, nor do I believe the ridiculous idea of Preterism. There was a literal Creation, literal Law, literal Gospel and literal Judgement and Restoration. Imagine being the fool who takes Genesis literally but believes in Preterism, or the clown who believes in a literal Revelation but denies a 6 Day Creation.
How exactly can a saved born again Christian be “in danger of hellfire?” *But he that is spiritual judgeth ALL THINGS, yet he himself is judged of no man.* 1Co. 2:15 It’s you who is rejecting the truth of God’s word. Do you not fear the LORD?
@@steven-u1q Here’s the issue. You are not a spiritual man, but a natural man. Which is why you refuse to judge ALL THINGS, you reject the truth of God’s word, because you cannot understand it. It’s as simple as that.
Simple. The KJV is for the English speaking people. In other languages, good Bibles have been printed IF they use the Textus Receptus. Deep down there are only two Bibles. One from Alexandria and one from Antioch. Study the Bible version issue. It's like drinking water from a stream. Know what is upstream before you drink it. Where does it come from? @@jacquesplatte that’s a great observation. But there is zero automation of the work of the Holy Spirit within the Christian. Rightly dividing the word of truth is a must. There is no private interpretation of scripture. So scriptural understanding comes with diligence and believing what is written, utilizing proper division. Is it written to the Jew, the gentile, or the church? If believing the gospel is the only requirement for salvation, then why can’t you with certainty KNOW if another person is saved?? Oh yeah… did they REALLY believe?? Did they REALLY repent ?? Please. We are all still terrible sinners. Even the very best of us.
@@tenpinace1369 If what you say is true, then why is there so much division amongst believers over issues of doctrine if they are all rightly dividing the word of truth?
@@jacquesplatte Very fair question. Obviously they are not all accurately, properly rightly dividing the word of truth. The Bible is such a tough book. Surely we all can agree on that. Another huge problem is there is only one Bible that has been translated accurately, fairly and without prejudice. Other translations read entirely differently, altering the teaching in MANY salvation passages. Can you show me a passage in the kjb, rightly divided, that makes salvation difficult? Perhaps this will clear up some confusion…
I usually take your word as truth because all you do is opening the Word to us more clearly and the word IS truth. But going a bit further on this topic it looks as though we could make a clear check-list which can determine for anyone if he is saved. Would you agree ? - To me, it would not feel right. Image an AI getting hold of such a checklist. It could play for God...
Jesus said,’’Love thy enemy.” Anyone who loves their enemy is a follower of Jesus Christ. Ask people what they think of Satan. If they hate Satan, then they will go to hell. The Bible is easy to understand. One word can describe the entire book…Love. Anyone who understands this will go to heaven.
You're off base (like many other of your religious theories). Only God has 100% accuracy to tell. We humans can only tell "by their fruit". That accuracy level is significantly less than 100% because fruits grow at all different times. The only thing you're correct about is, never judge based on feelings.
Brother, if you get the chance, could you please pin a comment with the link to the "Are Christians today born again?" study? I would like to watch it again but I am having some trouble finding the video. Thanks brother. This is a great little study by the way, thank you for making a video on this subject. Also, 1 Peter 1:24 can be tied to Hebrews 4:12 "quick" means alive and a book could not "discern" thoughts and intents of the heart unless it was alive which we know it is.

To be saved is to understand that we need to believe in the free gift of salvation. And to understand why we need to believe in the free gift of salvation. If we don't change our lives of catering to our flesh in a sinfull manner too much then God will let Satan kill us 1 Corinthians 5:5 King James Version 5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. But the only upside to that is you get to go home to heaven quicker. God would probably rather us behave and not die so soon for catering to our flesh in a sinnfull manner. I don't know what's so hard about that. I'm not God I'm not trying to say who is saved and who's not just to gossip about it. But if they are not teaching salvation without our works then they might be a heretic.
Hey you came up with a few but you sure missed a lot! Here’s a few more… “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” Mark 16:16 KJV (Belief and baptism) “The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:” 1 Peter 3:21 KJV (Again…baptism) “But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.” Matthew 24:13 KJV (Endurance unto the end-it would be pretty hard to know that about someone before, you know, the end…) “Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.” James 2:24 KJV (Works, not faith only) I also thought it was strange you quoted 1John 5:13, and forgot to to mention that “these things have I written unto you…” pretty clearly refers to the first 5 and a half chapters of 1 John. So in order to “KNOW that ye have eternal life” you probably wanna make sure you’re abiding by the rest of the letter. Peace.
It's sounds complected, but is really quite simple, the KJV, God's word, spells it out so simple people can understand, there is no " the Greek actually says that..." NO NO, Just read's what God says in His word and if ya believe it, then it says your saved, your saved. What more Blessing then that do ya need. If God says He will save you, He CANNOT LIE. Thanks Bryan, we all need to hear the basic's from time to time.
@@ronaldreagan7494 I don’t care what most denominations teach I only care what the word of God teaches. We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone (Acts 16:30-31, Ephesians 1:13) simply by trusting in the person of Jesus Christ (Eternally existing Son if God) and believing the gospel (death, blood of Jesus, burial, and resurrection) you are immediately and permanently saved. SAVED and SEALED by the Holy Spirit. By grace through faith in Jesus Christ ONLY!!
@@ronaldreagan7494 do you realize your ultimate authority is the word of God and not the wisdom of man? Galatians 3:12 “And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.” Romans 11:6 “And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.” Hmm seems like we have a clear distinction from the word of God between works and faith here, is God lying? Let me ask you is faith a work of the law or something we do ourselves or is it the work OF GOD? John 6:29 “Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work OF GOD, that ye BELIEVE on him whom he hath sent.” So I don’t care again what you have to say or a church has to say however I do care what the plain text of the Bible has to say on this subject. I choose to take God at his word Philippians 2:13 “For it is God which WOKETH IN YOU both to will and to do of his good pleasure.” Looks like someone knows the cunning speech of men and philosophers of this world but doesn’t understand how to read the Bible and take God at His word by faith!
@@ronaldreagan7494 believing the gospel is not a work, because it’s a matter of faith and as we have heist rad in Roman’s 11:6 “works” and “faith” are distinguished from each other. Yes you have to believe the gospel OF Jesus Christ. Ephesians 1:13 “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,” gospel and Jesus are synonymous. You have to believe in person of Christ I.e WHO HE IS (the eternally existing Son of God) and what he has done for you and everyone else I.e the FINISHED WORK of Jesus Christ (His death burial and resurrection) you can not believe in Jesus Christ without believing in the gospel because he literally IS the gospel. Jesus himselg calls himself the gospel John 11:25 “Jesus said unto her, I AM the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:” also 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 “For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:” Ephesians 1:13 is probably the most important verse concerning why we MUST believe the gospel OF Jesus Christ to be saved Ephesians 1:13 “In whom ye also TRUSTED, AFTER THAT ye heard the word of truth, the GOSPEL of your SALVATION : in whom also after that ye BELIEVED, ye were SEALED with that HOLY SPIRIT of promise,” we see a clear chronological order set up in this verse here, first we TRUST in CHRIST alone, then we believe the gospel which is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, after that we are saved, and sealed by the Holy Spirit of promise. Meaning that we are saved forever. Once saved always saved. Again, you cannot separate trusting in Christ alone and trusting the gospel of our salvation, because Jesus Christ himself calls himself the resurrection he finished work and he is have to be believed in order to receive salvation.
Mr. Barbarian. Please explain the justification for your KJV-only position. You seem close to making it a salvation issue. Judging one’s salvation at all seems dicey to me but doing so based on remaining allegiant to a bible that was not even around until 1611 seems downright dangerous, or dare I say heretical, possibly even idolatrous
1 John 3:7Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. 8He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
Matthew 7:16 KJV - Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Matthew 7:20 KJV - Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Fruit inspection isn't an office, it's scriptural wisdom to discern who to keep company with and who to stay away from, so that you don't soil your garment and lose your reward.

KJV only baptists cannot find themselves anywhere in the first millenia of Christianity. Roman Papism is not the only option. Read St Ignatius, St Clement, and St Polycarp, and Didache.
Sorry you have no standard for the word of God in your life and prefer versions the lie to you. And you like to run to and fro and even turn to the Greek and Hebrew were words have multiple meanings and the reader becomes the final authority to decide what the word of God is trying to say... all rather than trusting the word of God to say what it means and mean what it says. Anyone with the spirit of God would seek for the final authority to be from God not the wisdom of men. - 1Corinthians 2:5 KJV That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. God preserved his word not man. - Psalm 12:6-7 KJV 6 The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. 7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever. But I'm sure that you have some kind of philosophical explanation to refute everything I said rather than actually turning to the word of God to give an answer. (Which watchout using modern versions they have missing verses because theologians think they know better lol). - Colossians 2:8-9 KJV 8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And the Baptist are just as bad as any other organized religion that's registered with a 501c3 here in America (as well as the respective tax code for every other nation in the entire breadth of the Earth). With that said Bryan here is not a Baptist.
Ignatius said that it would be foolish to put one's self back under works and the apostles proclaimed that there were antichrists in their days try to pervert the gospel with works, so who cares what the first millennia church was doing? It was full of heretics then just as much as it's full of heretics now. Why do people idolize first century and first millennium Christians?
Salvation for us today is by faith ALONE, no works whatsoever.
The reformers said that we are saved by faith alone but faith is never alone

4Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. 5And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. 6Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. 7Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. 8He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning.

I was on the street for many years all over the Midwest and down into Florida.. I know exactly what you're saying .. God bless

The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: -Romans 8:16 KJV
Our spirit should bear witness with those who are saved and born again.
I needed this today. Perfect timing thank you Brother Bryan 🙏.
Amen, yes, I am so tired of hearing that not judging. Good video!

Repent and have faith, call on the Lord. Make that decision to walk away from your old life - worldly ways and follow Jesus.
Bonjour,
Please how do you think about the message of repentance proclaimed by THE LORD JESUS and John the Baptist ?
Judgement is love.
Acts 8:37
“And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.” (King James Bible). He said, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God." God bless.
Thank you for the reply!
However it does appear that the first half of that verse, Philip declares if you believe the record, you then have permission to be baptized (meaning you are saved)
Would you agree?
@@tenpinace1369 The book of Acts is a transitional book. Water baptism does not save, spiritual baptism saves. I am born again of the Holy Spirit of God and I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and when I was born again which is a supernatural miracle of God I had not even at that time even read the book of Acts as I got saved in the book of John and God gave the increase, (1 Corinthians 3:6-7), and I knew in that moment that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and I actually thought it, and then I was compelled to say it out loud, and I have said it endlessly since as Jesus Christ is the Son of God, Jesus Christ is the Lord and He Lives.

I guess I was unclear. Acts 8:37: Philip is saying if you believe the record, then you are saved. Since you are saved, you can now be baptized in water.
@@tenpinace1369 Water baptism is a picture of a spiritual baptism. And remember that the book of Acts is a transitional book. (King James Bible). The Jewish people are a physical people as they have been promised land and the book of Acts is a transitional book and the entire Bible is a progressive revelation. We in this dispensation who are born again are a spiritual people. Our new home is New Jerusalem (Revelation 21).
If i read the septuagent for old testament and the ASV for new testament, can i still be saved?

Is a bible my god or is God able to speak through the Holy Spirit without a book? Is God your God or a bible? Got one true version of God but unlimited versions of the Babel.
You can't find God in a book. You make the book stronger than God. Are you born again?
You can't and don't get to decide who is saved. You can't even get your own stuff right.
Bryan why would it matter to a person if you believe they're saved by their cleaned up life 'their works' what happened to being justified by faith Romans 5:1 KJV.
Galatians 2:20
“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Paul is living by the faith of the Son of God, he isn't trying to establish is own law performance to make sure he looks saved.
Romans 4:5. I shouldn't need to state the verse but it clearly tells us that we are saved by faith apart from works, if having a cleaned up life is a requirement to be saved then you're adding to the Gospel and perverting what Jesus did on the cross.
I was unimpressed with his commentary. It sounded like the pharisees. No one keeps the law perfectly. We need Jesus Christ.
why would anyone care to do this? a person can confess with their mouth that jesus is lord, but we cannot actually know if they believe in their heart that god raised them from the dead, no matter what their mouth says.
The time is over to play "nicey nicey church church".
You can ask someone "have you been born again?" And do you believe that Jesus is the "Christ the Son of the living God?" And do you believe that Jesus died on the cross and paid your sin debt and do you believe in your heart that he rose again on the 3rd day?"
If they say yes.
Exactly. We are responsible for our own souls. We can't make anyone do or believe a damn thing

Amen, good video.

@@jacquesplatte that’s a great observation. But there is zero automation of the work of the Holy Spirit within the Christian. Rightly dividing the word of truth is a must. Very fair question.
Your adversary the devil walks about as a roaring lion. You don't love him you are at war with him. He tries to get you off track.

To be saved is to understand that we need to believe in the free gift of salvation. And to understand why we need to believe in the free gift of salvation. If we don't change our lives of catering to our flesh in a sinfull manner too much then God will let Satan kill us
1 Corinthians 5:5
King James Version
5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
Here’s a few more…
“He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
Mark 16:16 KJV
(Belief and baptism)
“The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:”
1 Peter 3:21 KJV
(Again…baptism)
“But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.”
Matthew 24:13 KJV
(Endurance unto the end-it would be pretty hard to know that about someone before, you know, the end…)
“Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.”
James 2:24 KJV
(Works, not faith only)
I also thought it was strange you quoted 1John 5:13, and forgot to to mention that “these things have I written unto you…” pretty clearly refers to the first 5 and a half chapters of 1 John. So in order to “KNOW that ye have eternal life” you probably wanna make sure you’re abiding by the rest of the letter.

How to judge someone’s salvation with 100% accuracy: they believe they have to work for salvation = unsaved fraud
@@ronaldreagan7494 believing the gospel is not a work, because it’s a matter of faith and as we have heist rad in Roman’s 11:6 “works” and “faith” are distinguished from each other. Yes you have to believe the gospel OF Jesus Christ. Ephesians 1:13 “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,” gospel and Jesus are synonymous. You have to believe in person of Christ I.e WHO HE IS (the eternally existing Son of God) and what he has done for you and everyone else I.e the FINISHED WORK of Jesus Christ (His death burial and resurrection) you can not believe in Jesus Christ without believing in the gospel because he literally IS the gospel. Jesus himselg calls himself the gospel John 11:25 “Jesus said unto her, I AM the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:” also 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 “For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:” Ephesians 1:13 is probably the most important verse concerning why we MUST believe the gospel OF Jesus Christ to be saved Ephesians 1:13 “In whom ye also TRUSTED, AFTER THAT ye heard the word of truth, the GOSPEL of your SALVATION : in whom also after that ye BELIEVED, ye were SEALED with that HOLY SPIRIT of promise,” we see a clear chronological order set up in this verse here, first we TRUST in CHRIST alone, then we believe the gospel which is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, after that we are saved, and sealed by the Holy Spirit of promise.
You shouldn't be judging anyones salvation but your own! Are you a fruit inspector, because that wasn't an office that the Apostle Paul instituted.
1 Corinthians 2:15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
No. Off base. 144,000 people out of 8 billion. Most of them will be monks nuns. Focus on what's required to liberate. Specifically the 10 commands.
Example. If you lie, you cannot exit the Kingdom of God.
TRY THE SPIRITS
Rapture teaching is false Disponsational teaching John v17 v15 I don't judge , that's God not man we pray for them. GIVE them the Gospel let the Holy Spirit teach and guide them into all truth LET God be the judge ,
You can get rid of the comment, you keep sporting that orange shirt why? You know what that adds up to, but you've been wearing it
KJV only baptists cannot find themselves anywhere in the first millenia of Christianity.
You are not god. You cannot judge anybody.
Another theist who likes to cherry pick his bible so that it suits his own version of beliefs and preconceived delusions.
