Hey! Well, we all have opinions about that but the thing is, I do not personally see any problem with energies anymore. Yes, they got three times more expensive compared to two years ago, but people have adjusted and noone seems to care anymore. Summer is here so no heating costs involved, no light most of the day. We'll see where it goes with the winter.

Hi Tovard! I would probably go for so called 2+1 or 3+kk. The first one is something in between one and two bedrooms. Technically meant as 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living room, but the living room could be used as a child room if needed :) I can see that working :)

Hi Mr. Jan , What will I do if my deposit doesn't want to give by the owner , he said he did not received my deposit, Because the flat was sell to him 2 months after I pay the deposit . What action I can take to get back my deposit ?
Hey! Well, if you had a valid lease agreement before the flat was sold, your lease is valid even after the flat was sold, so the landlord should give you the deposit back.

Not really but it depends on the electricity provider (there is not only PRE/CEZ) and the way you try to register with them (online vs in person).
Do these prices come down when you're outside of Prague?
Depends on how far from Prague and how big of a city.

2+kk is basically 1 bedroom and a living room combined with kitchen which might be ok if the child was small but probably not for a bigger one.

If he is creating trouble, consider horing a lawyer. If a lawyer prepares a letter and sends it to the landlord, they all usually start cooperating :)
