  • In this video I'll be Washing and Blow Drying my 10 year old daughter's THICK Natural Hair. Just a little motivation for us mom's, and guardians to get it done before Christmas. It's definitely hard for me to do all the hair in the house but, I started early this time and I did a little day by day.

    SIS!!!!!! OMG!!! That is a MANE!!! Tell her just how incredibly blessed she is to have all that thick, gorgeous long hair!!! People pay thousands of dollars for hair, so LOVE EVERY INCH AND STRAND!!

      Thank you. 😃 Everyone tells her that. We get stopped everywhere we go. I think she just hates the time it takes now. She's getting better though (she used to cry a lot). I hope she learns to do it herself in the next year or two....I think she'll appreciate the process more.

    You and your daughters are beautiful!! I remember watching your videos years ago, with tears in my eyes looking for help with my daughters hair (She was diagnosed with traction alopecia) and seeing you taking your time, figuring out what works for y’all really encouraged me-Thank you for what you are doing!!

      Prayer #1 but I also began using the hair grease and castor oil. She was diagnosed when she was 3 and would get quarter sized bald spots seemingly overnight. She’s 6 now and for almost 2 years I only used a wide tooth comb to detangle her ends, I would use my fingers to part and she only wore two strand twists, I also used a variety of leave-ins and would use the pure castor oil to seal it in.Thank you for asking

      Yes, Nadia has trouble keeping hers on at night too. I sometimes go in her room and put it back on in the middle of the night. She's such a bad sleeper. I got her a satin pillow case too. I just hope it helps a little.

    I really appreciate your video. My daughter has the same length, thickness and same texture hair. She's 10 and has only had her hair blown out twice and it cost $150 for those visits to the salon. I really want to learn how to do w proper for blow out. It takes so long to maintain. It takes us all day to finish and sometimes 2 days. Blessings to you and your precious girl.

    Beautiful hair, by using the nozzle and not the teeth from the blow dryer do you get her roots pretty straight to keep from tangling?

    • @TMCLYFESTYLE
      @TMCLYFESTYLE  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The roots turn out pretty straight. I try to keep grease or oil on her scalp and that helps keep the roots pretty maintained throughout the week.
