For the foreigners who doesn't know, they're speaking Ilocano and most Filipinos can't understand their language except for the ilocanos. Philippines has a different language and dialects for every provinces, i for example am from Zamboanga city and we speak Chavacano which is a Spanish creole with a mix of Italian, English and Filipino language. We can only understand each other when we speak in Filipino or English.
