How to get extra ESSENTIAL materials in Tower of Fantasy | Claire's Dream Machine Explained

Got a Clare Dream Machine on the top of the tower of fantasy.... was a major anoying mission too.

Just had a new spawn-event:
One dropped immediately upon me killing a treasure-guard. At the spot it died on.

I’ve had the machines drop from opening stock-standard password chests.

Update: I had one drop today from killing a treasure-guard. Specifically upon it’s death is was spawned.
