    You don’t have to choose one thing at every uni in UK anymore - I studied Liberal Arts at Notts and studied loads of subjects and topics (you can choose whether or not you want to major in a subject !) great for those who are creative but also don’t wanna ditch all the subjects you are interested in. I had the best time ! ❤

    I wish I could have the balls to do what you have done. I’ve graduated from uni and I want to go into writing/creative stuff. When you said economics was boring I realized that’s how I feel about my job in IT. I have to read a textbook to understand the IT terms but I have so many missing holes in my understanding, and even after I try to understand there’s still more to understand. I just want to walk into a creative job wearing pink dreads. I don’t want to wear corporate outfits, I want to wear funky clothing with cool shoes. And even though I’m 22, my parents still keep trying to control whatever I do and keep trying to control me with money since I currently live in the same country as them (where I earn less money in the same currency as them). I just want to go to the UK especially because it has a stronger currency and I won’t have to rely on them lol.

      @@Switchspark-87 i understand how trapped you feel! i felt that way all through school :( maybe start with doing something creative on the side of your job and build a portfolio slowly so you can start commissioning projects?

      uni is a great transition into adulthood as you still get more freedom but there are systems in place to help you if you need it! it is definitely scary, but you’ll be surprised at how quickly you adapt :))

    Hii hoping to go to mmu but i was wondering what is the University like , is it comfortable to be around in study areas and lecture halls. Does the university in general look nice? Im so curious and its a big deciding factor for me. Unfortunately i cant go to an open day :) btw your videos have been really helpful thxx

    • @CocoDay
      @CocoDay  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      i didn’t do an open day either! depends which department you’re in, the art building and business building are gorgeous! i’m not sure about others tho
      they are developing the park on campus right now and it looks so pretty already :) it is a city campus tho so other businesses in the city are mixed in/next to our buildings and they aren’t always nice but overall i really like it and im also very affected by my environment!

    Please I am an international student who has never been to the UK before. I received 2nd year offer from both MMU & Sheffield Hallam for Engineering, I really gotta choose 1 uni from these so I can pay the deposit for either one of them, before start date at September. Do instructor’s support students? ? How are the facilities there like the library? Does the administration or whatever department that’s in charge of the students give any support to students? Overall what do you think of the uni?
