Something to help with the jig i think yours was 2nd hand so no instructions... I have a similar one and it should be easy to roll over 1 handed. On my instructions the adjuster arms point up (not down like yours) and the rear bolts are 3rd hole up and fonts 6 holes up. That might make it balance better for you if you need to spin it much more.
