I met Frazier in the early 80s. My dad owned a commercial building that we had an arcade in. He also rented space to others, one of the tenants had an import business from Korea and Frazier came into the arcade looking for him. I’m guessing that’s where he got some of the “fine jewelry” he was infamous for selling the boys.

Best hair vs hair is the two matches between Chigusa Nagayo and Dump Matsumoto. If you haven't seen the most over wrestler of the 1980s take on the embodiment of all the fears of Japanese schoolgirls you owe this one to yourself. As somebody who has been watching wrestling since '83 I can say that this is one of the biggest crowd responses I've ever seen.

The best way Lawler could've won the hair vs hair match and got nuclear heat was by "kidnapping" Elmer's mama and threaten to hurt her real bad if Elmer doesn't forfeit the match and handcuff himself to the ropes. Then Lawler pushes his mama down goes to the ring and hits him with a chair over the head (unprotected) and then shave his head while he's unconscious.
