The transitional space between the formal dining room and kitchen is known as a butler's pantry. It's for mixing drinks and prepping appetizers while not getting in the person that is cooking space.
I live in Southern California (as a Realtor)! A house under half a million is almost unheard of. Even when you leave the city the prices are increasing.
@@tinat6386 It's getting ridiculous in NYC...the crime, the rats and the mayor lol! I don't live in the city...I live on Long Island...we get smashed with taxes pretty hard in Nassau County. Time to sell and get the heck out. NC looks beautiful and your quality of life would be an upgrade in comparison to NY.
Waxhaw is a great town with awesome schools. Millbridge, in particular, is probably better than 30% ex NY'ers. Lots of retired PD and FD. The whole area is actually dominated by ex NY and Northesterners. For those of us that grew up in Queens/LI, it will remind you of the old days when everyone knew their neighbor and there are LOTS of kids always running around. There are many other neighborhoods and developments that vary in lot size and house size as well. Convenient to the airport and also 3 hours ride from all the Carolina Beaches (except outer banks) and the mountains.
Lennar is terrible! They are a big box production type builder and they make it look nice but they put the cheapest materials and appliances. They also hire the cheapest labor who do a messy job. My next home will definitely not be from Lennar.
False advertising. This is not their typical home which is cookie cutter, built on top of each other. Cheapest materials and labor force. Miniature size steep lots with neighbors only feet away on all sides (like living in fishbowl), foundations that start cracking the 1st year, garages too small to park a car, drive ways too short and sloping. To show how cheap these folks are, sheet rock in garages is taped but not finished or painted. Yet they want fortune for these homes...Price went up 100K over the last few months. Seriously?!
Hi Victoria. I'm preparing to leave NY, I'm very blessed that I found you. I hope that in one year I'll be ready to move. Please keep it up, you are very helpful. Thank you 😊
Victoria B Eyo, you are very clear, elegant and not shy away to say something not right. awesome. If I start looking to buy house definitely I will talk to you.
Nice house but its like living in queens 1 house stacked on top of the other, then there is the HOA between the cost of that and the rules, its a dealbreaker for most
@Jason luhmer including me. I'm in NY and want to relocate to NC but I currently have an HOA. Never again. Plus HOAs can increase their cost like mine. I've been paying it for 17 yrs. That home's ceilings are also too low for me in addition to the things I dislike about it. But I'm seriously thinking about Waxhaw. Not etched in stone though.
🙋🏾♀️. New subscriber here. Your videos are awesome. I’m leaning btwn Georgia and the Charlotte area for the big move and your video helps with that decision. Keep up the good work!
I would probably make that open space up stairs a game room and or an arts & craft room rather than a second living room. I love 😍 the size of the bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen niiice; it's really nice all throughout the house.😘
Beautiful home and also quite affordable. I would have bought this house instantly if this house + price was priced in Canada. Here in Canada, everything is inflated and people are forced to stretched their mortgage by 4x times or so. USA is still # 1 and #1 is #1 always. This house in Montreal would be close to 700K CAD :-(
Definitely gotta give props to your camera crew, Jeremy. He knows what he's doing. It's amazing to watch how the light rays phase into the video when you guys pan across the windows. It's really extraordinary, at times.
Love your presentation on the different areas of North/South Carolina's. Hope to connect with you in the latter year of 2022. Great job....I'll tell you how I found your videos. 👠💋😊
White light it’s called daylight, or HMI, and it’s not good for indoor, specially if you’re a reader, or painter, or doing handcrafts, and the reality of this light is that the color is blue not white, if you like to test that, just try to read a book under a daylight bulb , then try it under a tungsten light (yellow) or some people call it moonlight , or worm light , nice video by the way, and awesome house
This was a year ago, no way is this home 365K in 2022. Meanwhile white kitchens are so bright and offensive: white cabinets, white backsplash, white countertops. Need shades.
I wish she would have not repeatedly over and over saying the same words (!very very nice place and talk more to the measurements and possible use of the space and view if there is one , and flora and Dina , stores and shops schools .... I’m just saying
So unprofessional to put an office on the dining area for a home tour I don’t know what these guys are thinking And I can see Victoria that your cameraman is actually worse a year ago than he is today
First comment! wonderful video and the opening was amazing!
Thank you!! 😁🙏🏾

Love it!! Keep it coming Victoria! You make me want to move to NC!
Absolutely you should!
Watching this again...love this home. It's a great motivator.
It seems to me that home prices in the South are getting so high. Even in ATL houses are over half a million. Like something just doesn't seem right

I guess the good ole saying, "rise before a fall" applies.
The drone shot is just 😍😍😍
Right!?🥰
White wainscoting adds formal vibes
I'm from Charlotte but in DC. I can not wait to move back to the area. I wish that I could get something like that here for the price.
Aww nice! Yea DC is a whole different ball game 😩
Victoria, this is gorgeous! I want to move from NY!!
Me too! I have really been thinking about it

@nia M, I too live in long Island, nassau County. I would love to move but my husband not so much.
Please stay there, we like to keep Waxhaw small and quaint. Not turn into into another large city😂

Very nice... I especially like the master bedroom.
Need to see more of the new home from the 350900
Another beautiful home! Thanks for the showing.

I love the dual closets of the owner's suite
Same here! 🙂

Very pretty home.

She’s very professional ❤
Nice video. Do you have any property to show in Raleigh and Knightdale NC?
Victoria, you are an expert!
It’s absolutely no way that this 2800+ sq ft it seems so tight in the living and dining area
It’s quite possible..my house is 2600 sq ft with 5br 3bath and this space is laid out similarly.
Is this floor plan still available to be built in the N.C. area anywhere ? Preferably the Charlotte area.

Wainscoting, tray ceiling
I would put my wine cellar and a mini fridge
Hi
Can you tell me more about mill ridge properties

For that kind of money, its too close to the next house
They don't show that part. One is only 8 feet away from neighbors on all sides.

Visa needed! This house is calling my name😍🥵
In NY we call those wall details in the dining area “picture frame moldings”
Love the Butler’s Closet off the Formal Dining Room.
Yes ma'am! 😊
Waxhaw has a water treatment facility that you do not want to be downwind of. Choose your home carefully.
Did they sell out ?
My tv room would b upstairs the down stairs wouldn’t have a tv it ll b a formal living room
No white bulbs in my house warm white only except the driveway security lights nice job on the showings.
I’m in love with Victoria, She’s gorgeous.
This is a perfect house
How high is the ceiling downstairs?

Very nice home for the money.
Oh wow, this is over $450k here in Austin Tx. Wish I can move to SC

Hi Khalil, thanks for your comment. Good to know!
Love it
How are the schools in this area?
Southeast of Charlotte. You said southwest in the opening. Nice video though.
🙂
This home is 👌🏿. NC homes are suggested to me on here and since I want to move from Canada this place would be ideal.
Welcome! I could definitely help you with this home 😊
NC is a beautiful state, no wonder people want to move there.
That’s an under mount sink. Kindly look up farmhouse sink

I never see quest bathroom
Hi Arnesia, yea I didn't film it because it had been temporarily converted as part of an office space.
And now this same house is $650K ??????
👍👍
