    What to do when I don’t have stock water.when I using water whether it taste good and will it have tick consistency?

      There won't be any change in the taste or the consistency by adding the normal water. The curry thickens on the amount of besan added. I showed one way of using stock/whey water after making the paneer instead of throwing out, it adds some extra protein to your curry. You could also use the whey water for making any Indian bread varieties. Thank you. Hope I have clarified your doubt.
