Kimberly (A.J. Cook) has a premonition of a horrible highway accident killing multiple people -- including her and her friends. She blocks the cars behind her on the ramp from joining traffic -- and as a police trooper (Michael Landes) arrives, the accident actually happens. Now, Death is stalking this group of mistaken survivors -- and one by one they are dying as they were supposed to on the highway.

No lie this movie unlocked a new fear in me i'm terrified of highways and motorways if i'm behind a lorry/truck espeically ones with logs because my anxiety goes up 😂
I Hate horror movies but i forced myself to watch this series and the SAW series BIG Mistake if you hate horror movies🤣
What version of demon slayer you watch ? It suppose to be 11 episodes ,12 if you include rengoku story before mugen train ,but in the patreon demon slayer season 2 episode 13, i'm very confuse
Got a perfect movie for you guys to watch called Freaky
13:58
Tim: He is the luckiest dude alive!
Death: Hold my drink.
Me:"You were wrong."
You had to jinx it, Tim. Lol.
@@leorojas6390 Lol, in the original film, he survived. Tim fucked it up for everyone. XD
The highway scene was in the original trailer for this film back in the early 2000s and that scene has literally traumatized an entire generation for life
The Highway Deaths were so freaking brutal, especially the Elevator Death that one really got me,when the woman said l don’t wanna die,so freaking Traumatizing.
Y’all gotta watch “Thanksgiving” this year.
To me, this is the best one because it was the one where I cared most about the characters. I'd get kinda upset when one of them died.
Exactly. I'm still rooting for FD2 cast whenever I watch the movie. There is a hope in FD2. But in FD3, it's a quite opposite. I dont care for neither of them (except Kevin). This one is the lightest of the franchise compared to other parts.
@@scorpionkobra i care about Kevin and the bf in fd3 as the bf did nothing wrong
I maintain to this day that FD2 has the best cast, vision, and the best death scenes but FD3 has the more charismatic characters, the best Protagonist of the franchise, and equally exciting kills.
I don't go to Carnivals and Fun parks often enough to be afraid of rollercoasters, but I FEAR SEMI TRUCKS because of this one.
@@onetallpheeesh agree it may not be a lot truck but I have been in a car accident with a semi truck it was raining and at one point it was very foggy and then the semi keep on speeding
@@TakakiM-sr1df glad you're alright. That's terrifying
The Highway sequence still looks amazing.
Final Destination 1, 2 and 3 has some of the most iconic deaths. Traumatized a whole generation, tbh😂😂
it was speculated that isabella being the key to break deaths list was a trick to lure clear out of hiding so that death can kill her.
since clears focus is razor sharp on everything the only way it got to her was the second she lowered her guard down
The guy whose eye got punctured's death is a lot creepier than it shows. By the hint of the magnets spelling out "EYE", it mean death had already set that as it's new plan for him. Which means that it put him through all the terror of getting his hand stuck in a sink, nearly getting blown up, and then *almost* lose an eye, finally feeling a sense of relief and safety after nearly dying multiple gruesome deaths, only for death to say: "Sike!"
you'll never be able to drive behind a log truck ever again
Legit drove behind a truck carrying a huge load the other day and was like NOOOOOOPE
Even on city streets at school zone speeds I'm like NOOOOOOPE
Fun Facts:
•Originally, Devon Sawa was to reprise his role of Alex Browning in this film, but a dispute concerning his contract with New Line Cinema could not be settled. So the had to write him off.
•Originally they had use real logs for the opening catastrophe, but they didn’t bounce enough for that scare effect, so they used CGI logs.
•The car Evan drives is A 1987 Pontiac FireBird
•The Accident on the highway was based on a real Pile Up that happened on Interstate 75 in Ringgold,GA on March 14th, 2002 with a total of 125 car piled up.
• Alex’s demise was gonna have him die from a flesh eating bacteria but went with the brick instead.
•When Nora tucks Tim in at night, dimming the lights, his face is illuminated with a skull outline, foreshadowing his death.
•There is a myth that when a bird hits your window, somebody you know is going to die.
•Nora's death is based on a real life incident: Dr. Hitoshi Nikaidoh, a surgical resident at a Houston hospital, was decapitated by a malfunctioning elevator in 2002. The doctor's shoulders were pinned by the doors, which then allowed the ceiling to slice off most of his head as the elevator continued to move upwards.
•According to the book, the fire that kills Clear and Eugene was originally started by a birthday cake.
There’s a lot of stuff from this movie and the other movies I’ve looked into and I’m glad y’all are watching it and can’t wait til y’all watch the rest of the movies.
awww the flesh eating bacteria would have been a brutal way to go
how do we kill off alex a brick? whilst it is a bad way to go its a dumb bad way to go
Facts is a synonym for true, goober. Sawa has debunked the contract dispute rumor and the writer has said he never planned for Devon to come back. The very first version of the script all the way until what we saw on the screen always had his character dead.
The movie was written in 2001 and filming started on feb 2 2002. They were already 6 weeks into filming when that accident happened. It was completely unrelated.
The film was released on January 31, 2003. The elevator death certainly wasn’t based on someone who didn’t die until August 16 2003. The movie was already out of theaters for 6 months when she died.
@@willdallas53who peed on your cereal? You really had to call me a name? What if i responded back with drink bleach and walk into oncoming traffic and yes closed? Wouldn’t feel right would it? You can have your responses but there’s no reason to call names over a screen. I rather we meet and settle it that way.
also the birthday cake thing is odd; in the movie Claire dies in an explosion caused by an electric spark which is a call back to her almost death in the first movie;
Some ppl theorize that there is another force trying to help the characters escape death which are the reason for the premonitions in the first place.
The theory I heard is that it is Death itself giving the premonitions, because it is sadistic and likes giving them a false hope of outwitting it.
FD4 proves it wrong I think
The Highway Scene is the Reason why People Fear of Driving in a Free Way behind A Trucks Caring Tons of Logs! 6:05 Also The Title of The Song That Evan is Playing on The Radio in the Kitchen scene on 10:47 is: Vitamin Incubus
I just wonder why the hell did the truck driver run into the car like f&cking maniac from hell. I wish there was a scene addressing that the driver was convicted of manslaughter.
When i was in driving school my instructor put the opening scene on and told us to point out what people were doing wrong
For some reason the damn water bottle in the highway scene always makes me burst out in laughter. Something about the way the scene cuts immediately 1 second after showing the water bottle, to them 1 inch away from the log like the brake was gonna actually stop the car that fast 🤣🤣
I remember watching this movie in the theater back in 2003. To this day, I stay the hell away from log trucks! I also remember that I really liked the actress that played Kimberly (AJ Cook). It only took me about 15 years to realize that she was my favorite character (Jennifer Jareau, or JJ) on Criminal Minds!
This one is probably my favourite in the whole franchise, I just like some characters here a bit more than in the first one🥲 Also the opening scene of this movie is just iconic
This movie did my boy Alex dirty! In my head canon he is still alive!!
Final Destination 2 has a lot of scary deaths.
if you pay close attention, where she was parked on the ramp, that truck had to ignore physical objects and drove through the concert barrier to hit her SUV, but there is a common saying when shit doesn't make sense, "because death" and just accept it.
The Tim death scene was absolutely smashing.
You know... I've seen this movie like 6 times... And I JUST picked up the Eye thing on the fridge in magnets.... I'm laughing at myself. Good catch the first time out!
I don't know if either of you are gamers by any extent of time, but Eugene's actor, T.C. Carson is the original voice of Kratos from God of War from 2005 to 2010. So every time we get to the scene where he freaks out screaming with the gun, all I can hear is "ZEUS! YOUR SON HAS RETURNED! I BRING THE DESTRUCTION OF OLYMPUS!!"
Your reactions to the guy slipping on the spaghetti had me laughing a good while love that yall thought he was safe for a second 😆 great reactions thanks for the content
Glad you enjoyed
Every single time you are on a freeway, and you get behind a logging truck, you will move, and so will most of the people around it. They all have seen this :)
I've said this in a few other reactions to this... but I saw this movie in the theater, then had to drive 1hr on a highway to get home and most of the way I was stuck behind a full logging truck. I was SO SCARED. lmao
Awesome reaction of my favorite Final Destination movie!!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊😊
Whats terrifying is that people used to say that this opening was unrealistic because Logs dont bounce like that.
That was until recently a year or two ago when a log truck accident happened and it was reported that the logs IN FACT bounced. 😬😬😬😬😬
Do with that information what you must.
Yikes 😬
Even so I understand why CLEAR RIVERS had to die....I still wish she would have lived so that she became the leader of the film series!! The ultimate final girl!!😔💔❤💪👏🙌🙏👍🎉
This one might be campier than the first, but it's still the best in the franchise: it's really violent and gory but also the one movie in the franchise that explains that the deaths are really all connected, even the random boy on the field who was just crossing the charaacters' path. It really brings the whole franchise together in a cool way. I remember watching this in the theaters, it was packed and in that initial highway scene, people were going crazy, screaming and laughing nervous, it was awesome.
The way clear bossed around the paramedics was so funny.
I really wished she couldve gotten more screentime. she was a character whos short lived
She was suppose to come back for FD 3 but like alex brownings actor there was contract issues so they killed her off here
I refuse to drive behind a log truck because of this movie and my mom refuses to have water bottles in the car because of this
*Boy gets squished*
Clariss--🤣🤣🤣
Every ending of Final Destination is crazy. They are just casually sitting on sunny day and eating bbq and then boom. Also glass death is insane and kinda right philosophy. Many people are scared of dentists but huge glass crush you into tomato pure much scarier 🥶
Yeah...though, maybe I'm splitting hairs, but since the dentist chair death was avoided, shouldn't it have skipped to the next person? Or was only the glass death that could have been stopped.
Plot hole...
@@phousefilms He should die by glass not in dentist chair.
In the movies death uses your favorite hobbies and things you like to do to kill you so lucky charms. And somehow your original death is going to be similar to your new torture death just a lot more gruesome and more domino effects.
6:50ish - TOTALLY agree. I always thought Cat (smoker lady) could easily have been fine. Maybe a little whiplash. But her car only flipped - no crashes, crushes, or explosions - and we see she doesn't fall out of her seat, or hit her head, or anything.
His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy
There's sweat on his chest already, tripped on mom's spaghetti
He's nervous, but on the surface, he looks calm and ready
To drop ladders, but the ladder keeps on bloodletting
"Imagine the smell"
Me: Hamburguer? Tacos?
that blur didnt help at all HAHAHAHA
I can’t wait for your reaction of final destination 3 😅
Canonically these 2 are the only survivors of the franchise, that is if you ignore FD3's DVD extra where it's revealed they died in a woodchipper accident. From this point on all the movies star different set of characters.
P. S. FD3 used to be regarded as mid(just above FD4 in rankings) but nowadays it's beloved.
"Death is a petty bitch, but people are stupid!" BEST reaction line EVER!!!
This movie always made me afraid of driving near log trucks will not do it
the thing is that logging trucks don't strap down their load like that. they have pieces of metal that go up on the sides to keep the wood in and barely strap it down. in this movie they were only chained down without those pieces of metal on the sides.
The opening car accident scene is one of the reasons I don't drive or have a license either. People are too wreckless nowadays
17:06 correction Sarah Conner didn’t put herself in the asylum she was put there because she was trying to stop skynet and they thought she was crazy
Society shames us when not driving bad don't care, I have the experience to recognize what my limitations and what my strengths are
That highway crash (the logs) has never been topped in any of the following films in my opinion.
Yeah, nobody is driving safely in this. Especially with the road being wet.
11:20 lol one of my friends caught that too when we saw this. She hates eye stuff.
I love how this movie fakes you out on how they're gonna die.
23:42 Tony Todd is the GOAT
23:56 that's what I thought too
39:29 that cracked me up when I first saw that lol
26:49 its brutal time I mean Trauma time 😱😱😱
So after this the movie quality drops a little, BUT they are all definately worth a watch still
Is it just me or does Clariss look so much like Isabella (the pregnant woman) in FD2? 👩🏽🤝👩🏾
3 has the best death of the series!!!!
It'[s been 20years... this is still the most terrifying car crash I've ever seen put on film. And it's still disturbing. You will never look at a logging truck the same way again (despite the fact that wouldn't really bounce like that). You will never drive behind one again, either. Guaranteed.
That’s more like a message from Death of don’t mess with me ☠️ or death’s serves you this BBQ meal 😳 39:32
THREES THE BEST! I can't wait for them to react to it
180 > Doing the opposite of what you have been doing.
found this channel by chance but you have come a long way from playing KnD congrats on that
Thanks!
1hr30 has always been standard length for a movie. It's only been in the past decade (or a little more) than suddenly every movie is like 2-3hr
I love this movie 😊
39:33 I’m so messed up; I now have a hankering for barbecue
The deaths of this movie are amazing and rly well done, and the 3rd movie is even better, the 4th movie is rly meh but the 5th one really pays off
The first two to actually survive the franchise
And the only ones
No they actually die, but its mention in a delete scene in Final destination 3
@@BigFactss_I've heard all over that deleted scene isn't canon so technically OP is right, they survived
@@TombstoneActual42 regardless, they still die because theres no avoiding death
I never imagined Kratos from God Of War would be in this movie. 😅
Birds wack the window like finding Nemo
I love your videos
Yall two together are amazing!! Love the reactions
The highway scene is awesome
Honestly, the concept behind this sequel was fantastic and a great follow up to the original. The seven survivors of flight 180, indirectly caused more people to survive disasters, adding them to deaths growing list.
This ripple effect was genius. The longer you stay alive, the more your hurting others around you if you aren't meant to be alive. This concept could have easily have been added throughout all sequels and really added tension to the rules.
Because as we see by death working backwards here, the rules are the same, but new strategy is now being used. Truly, that alone could have worked great in new installments.
But sadly, it's dropped here and never touched upon again in the each three films. Shame, honestly.
Just like Jaws did for people at the beach, FD2 makes us all afraid of lumber trucks.
The racing movie is funny as shit. So is the bridge one when it collapses. Its all funny to me. if dying turns you on then your in the club of ejaculations haha
The second definitely upped the gore factor by a large margin, and this is unfortunately before the series started its decline in quality.
23:38 i have always suspected that he is death in psy form toying with them cause hes psyhopath
32:05 it is, IT IS, *IT IS!*
FD2 is great, try out the 3rd it’s the best in the series
And this ladies & gentlemen is how i got Dromophobia & Semiochophobia
Eugene told Claire to say away from all of them because she could always be next and being close to her they are in danger, pretty sure Eugene was safe until Claire show and maybe she was pending to death and then death took her and by "mistake" killed Eugene aswell, you already mention it,2 deaths in the same place,so this wasn´t a coincidence at all. I kinda cried when Claire showed that Alex died and she couldn´t do anything for him,but i did cried when she died i felt the new actess pain seeing Claire dead right in front of her.
Hey i little bit confuse when i see the comunity ,there's suppose to be 11 episode in season 2 of demon slayer ,12 if you include rengoku story ,but in the patreon it's season 2x13 , what?
Girl your really pretty
Great reaction! Final destination 3?
Great 0:01
I don’t do logs
11:04 There's bottles of corona on the fridge!! Hes going to die of the covid virus!!! Lol.
Because of these movies, I got scare to everything
FD3 let’s go🎉
there are more clear, on timing is hit by the piece of the magnet weight if you wanna think about it
So apparently the log scenes cgi or something cause it’s impossible for logs to do that
😔
also the log truck is not how logs are loaded. they aren't simply chained down. they have pieces of metal on the sides that hold them in place.
i never noticed the eye thing first few watches
0:01 timed commenter here
So the girl from the previous movie that survived... I mean sure you can survive like that but what for? To live in solitery confinement like that? What kind of life is that? You literally withnessed the supernatural existing. Death itself existing. Is not that enough proof that your soul is probably immortal, and there must also be afterlife? Just accept death, and hope you go to Heaven or some nice place after you die.
You should check out 3, 4, and 5.
Something bothers me at the end, when the heorine said '' It was a fun summer! '' All her friends are DEAD! She shouldn't laugh! I don't understand if she was sarcastic or try to stay positive despite the horrors she saw 🤔
5 months passed after the events
39:28 Give your mum a hand
This is good but the best is the last one by far
My list goes 3, 5, 1, 2, 4
K... um... you keep saying, "People are idiots! Why is this happening?! Why is that happening?!" Did you forget that DEATH IS LITERALLY SETTING UP ALL OF THESE SENERIOS! THAT'S why.
FINAL DESTINATION!!!!! WOOOOOO!!!
final destination 3 is the BEST
HELLL YEAAAA
My favorite, but love the 3 and 1 two,
React to penguins of Madagascar
React to Kung fu panda legends of awesomeness
React to monsters vs alien
*their all Nickelodeon shows*
Death by . . . Spaghetti
He should have paid attention to the fridge magnets.
Out of context, this is hilarious, lol.
