It's definitely not going to make clean water, as it enhanced gasses en particles to dissolve in the water en flush away so only the air is clean

I've just read your question again en I didn't understand it the first time I guess, the electrostatic precipitator is a excellent way to separate particles put of the air or any gas en make it dry so if there's only water in the air it wil Collect it

Thanks I'm not totally satisfied because the 10kv power supply is only good for up to about 50l/min so i need to put a other one whit like 30 to 40 kv , also the water Layer was pushed aside at some spots do to incefficient water flow on 8v on the pump it stays if the pips stays perfectly horizontal ofcourse
