Another pro tip: when you pour the chicken broth out of the carton thing, instead of pouring it with the opening closest to the pot, flip it over so that the opening is closest to the sky. This way, it doesn’t splash everywhere because air gets in. Work for anything in cartons like that, like almond milk. Hope that makes sense.
