- A new game playthrough is here!! I love Elden Ring so much, but this DLC is tough so expect some rage. I also changed up my specs so my build is intelligence & dex, so I'm using a lot more magic. (Also not all deaths are included). Full VODs are on twitch!
Guided by Empyrean Miquella, players are beckoned to the Land of Shadow, a place obscured by the Erdtree where the goddess Marika first set foot.
In these strange new lands, players discover the dark secrets of the world as they meet others who follow in Miquella’s footsteps with ulterior motives.

allot of weapons are also (twin type) in dlc the backhand blade you picked up for example has a offhand when you (two hand the weapon) much like fist/claw weapons, or the few twinned weapons in base like the one scion drops or radahn's swords

21:20 im impressed how fast she figured out how to fight this guy, that was unlucky tho, i think it was an elevation problem, she still did it correctly. and it was on ng+ as well, shes an elden ring pro.

Of all the frustration of the Divine Beast Dancing Lion, we can all admit. . . . The ost theme of this boss is awesome, Fromsoft never lacks the boss themes awesomeness.
Love your lets play. So much fun to watch. The Greatsword of Solitude is much recommended. Even if you play as a sorc. Maybe u like it

The backhandblade is one of the strongest weapons if played in the right way. Just bring it to 10 and get more dex.

@@petercarson9008 I think it's most fun fight of the DLC.. whenever I replay with a different character and get to that point, i summon some co-opers, since i already beat him by myself before, and just see how well we try and tackle the boss.. just elemental chaos everywhere and super theatrical. Even when the allies and I all die, I just think it was so fun.
This dlc for elden ring looks awesome I definitely wanna get the game even tho I'll probably die a lot but this still looks like fun anyway hope you're having a blessed and Happy Wednesday ☺️🙏❤️

It's not, actually. She played through all of the original Dark Souls and Dark Souls III DLCs too. Shadow of the Erdtree is just a whole other level entirely.
I think she also did old hunters too? I seem to vaguely remember seeing her fight Maria.
@@drdoktor77 Good point! She completed that too, idk why I just completely blanked on Bloodborne; to this day, Lady Maria remains one of her favorites.

I've noticed a lot of enemies drop string in the DLC. I guess the complaints about it being too rare were listened to. 😅

I think some of these bosses in DLC are unbelievably difficult and makes it unplayable if you can't beat them.

I made the mistake of trying the DLC on New Game +9. Even at level 521 the bosses are hard as nails and rip through me in seconds. Think I might have to make a new character to make it even half doable. Had I known the extra XP gains past New Game +1 are negligable I would have stayed at +1

That was me in ds3. I had a high level character with which I was in ng+8 at like level 225 and I rushed through many ng cycles with almost no level up. When I fought Friede that was one of the hardest bosses ever for me at ng+8. I also hadn’t played for a year before coming back to the dlc‘s.
out of all the lets players ive seen, i like her build the most. bascially no bloodhounds fang, like everyone else, im so sick of it. right away the impression is super positive based on that alone.

their about the same difficulty anyway just different
@@Ghorda9 I beg to differ, it took me 3 tries with the Lion, but hours for Rellana, her move set relentless, so small window to counter, and deal insane amount of damage, sometime there is weird delay between her attack and you must learn it. The lion, in the other hand, the fight with him more like straight forward fight, his move set really easy to read.
Remember when this used to be a gaming channel, now it's just reactions...

Well you can give her some credit, she is doing it on NG+ with no summons. Which is better than most.
