Sir since stated in the definition of GR for purpose of amusement tax that embraces all the receipts, kasama rin po ba rito ung mga natatanggap nila from betting like receipts po sa mga OTB in case po sa horse racing, cockpits etc.? Thanks sir!

Ask ko lang po sana for clarification lang po tungkol sa example niyo for gross receipts, what if hindi po siya ang operator ng restaurant but nag le-lease po yung operator ng restaurant sa kanya (owner kunwari ng cockpit stadium), kasama po ba yung rental income from the lease sa gross receipts subject sa amusement tax ?
Hi Maria Noechie. Gross receipts shall include "All GRs" of the operator, proprietor, lessee of the amusement places mentioned including from ads.... may definition ng GR sa presentation iha for your guidance. Thanks

Yes Ian if you are referring sa ibinayad sa kanila ni OTB operator, if any. Iba din ang sa OTB mismo because they may be separate entities too.
