@@dew-dr0pz83 I think so. He's one of my favourite characters to play, and he really is a very, very strong character once built. He has a lot of skill expression in his kit, too which I really like about him because it means his potential is so high, but he can definitely take a bit longer to get the hang of than some other dps that are equally strong and a lot of people in the community just don't enjoy that about him. Honestly, though, if you like him and you think his gameplay looks fun. I will just say my Lyney is C2R1, but I definitely think he's still worth the pull even at C0. :)
