I first I drove it to the Eclipse Blvd Garage, and it didn't work, like nothing happened. Then I took it to the Eclipse Towers, and it told me I had to remove a vehicle, then took it to my Nightclub, and it said it couldn't be stored

Yes you can keep slamvan via current gctf just need to keep an eye on the slamvan while glitching out
To add further in order to store in a garage use another vehicle from a garage to make it transfer you can also respray and upgrade
