Good Morning, from Lakewood, Washington USA. It is 6:30 am, I have a nice cup of coffee and a new TerraGermania video to watch. Life is so nice. Thankyou Cheers
servus aus münchen, ein doch wieder sehr erfolgreicher sondelgang. hat mir wieder sehr gut gefallen. beste grüße aus muc.
danke mein freund, das freut mich zu hören :) LG,

Here in UK i don't detect paths that have been walked on for thousands of years in case i disturb too much ground causing someone to twist or break their ankle. Yes there could be treasure but it's a hobby for me and not a get rich hobby. All the best.
it shouldn't be a problem to detect your paths. just make sure to refill the holes and compress the earth properly. I don't do the hobby for the money, too. I hand over all substantial finds to the department of archaeology and I don't even have a collection at home. best wishes.
Hans, it is quite easy for me to see how comfortable you are in this wonder full forest of leaves fallen fresh from the touch of Autumn's affection. It is pleasing for me to see the rain drops clinging delicately to the flower and the berries, The depth as you invest yourself in to the tiniest of details mixed with the delight in your smile when you unearth a treasure from centuries gone by is absolutely remarkable!
Eva YES !!!! It is true ....
Eva l must say you described beautifully in words as a poem perfectly ! l am sure Hans will be delighted to read your thoughts and feelings just as l was .
@@stevegreenwood7837 Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me. I do write poetry from time to time when my job allows me. Hans simply has a uniqueness inside him that gives life to poems i have written in years past. Metal detecting appeals to my curious nature along with rock hounding and foraging for edible mushrooms! Take care and be good to yourself wherever you are on this beautiful rock of a planet.🙂
@@evamarie5024 Nice words👏👏👏
@@petersonppmetaldetecting I thank you.!! 🙂

Hi ya Hans, I'm Keith in Florida USA. USA's got nothing on you there in Germany. We sometimes living here, don't realize the age of ancient civilizations in other parts of the world are by far way older then us!!! Keep it real and keep it coming!!!
Anyone else drop a like before even watching the video, because you know it's going to great and you're excited to see Hans again?! I'm sure it's not just me!
thank you for your support my friend :) I appreciate it!
I think in terms of algorithms it is best to hit like at the end! I could be wrong though...

I'm happy to hear that my friend, thank you for watching!
I know I have said this before, but I continue to be impressed by the production quality of your videos, the amount of times you must need to move the camera and then blend the footage together so naturally is incredible.
thank you my friend, I'm very happy to hear it again :) I appreciate your appreciation! all the best,
hans
@@TerraGermaniaTG I came here to say the same. That focus transition from the tree fungus to you walking / digging was spectacular. I must say that I was more surprised with that than any of the finds! 😇

My dad’s side of the family was from Germany . I wish I could go to Germany. I am glad that I found your channel. Greetings from Minnesota.
What an great and interesting video again!
Wonderful finds Hans! Your reverence for the items and the people who lost them is pleasing, and your artistic videography is second to none!
thank you my friend, I'm happy to hear that :)
I'm a new follower. First a big Hello from 🇨🇦🇨🇦! Passing on my greetings to you and your family. One of your finds was the butt section of a Sabre. I think it was a military hat badge piece. It may not be German though who knows for sure. Most German badges are made with a finished back as well, but not all Saber hat badges are like that.
I enjoy your forest walks. You are much like myself. I do not detect with a detector, I am more of a "Look around," guy. I have found many interesting odds and ends. I enjoy your relaxed attitude very much. Don't be afraid to show us garbage finds. It means you are real and we like that. You found two buttons the same on your path. When that happens I think "Uniforms," it makes sense. You have a good channel, I enjoyed it very much.
hello kerry,
welcome to my channel! thank you for watching, subscribing and for your kind comment! I'm happy to hear that you enjoy my videos. I should start showing the trash again. I used to do it in each video in the beginning. thank you for sharing your thoughts about the saber handle. one viewer of my channel said it was a pipe cleaner?!? interesting thought, too.
all the best and greetings from germany,
hans
Друг выход 👌👌👌🔥супер находки отличные, продолжай так и далее 👍👍
спасибо мой друг :) Я рад, что тебе нравятся мои видео! Большой привет из Германии!
What great finds as you continue to scour the path, Hans! I was as happy as you were to see the water dish for the wildlife. Thanks for the video and for taking me along on this trip.
Looks like where I live.fall is coming!great finds Hans!
Keep enjoying and sharing the outdoor adventures Hans👍
Good to see you Hans. Your videos are so relaxing and exciting at the same time. Love the buckle you found! Great finds all around. Peace and good fortune and good health to you and your family. 👌 😃

Hi Hans I found your videos for the first time today...and how wonderful to see detecting in the woods ,its so beautiful and calming and exciting 😊 all at once ,Subscribed to you !! I have always wondered what could be found a long a path or trees 🤗 xxxShaz
Still my favorite metal detecting show by far! I haven't seen many videos from you in a while, I hope all is well, Hans. Great video as always! The quality is just perfect.
thank you my friend, that's very kind and flattering :) I'm fine, thank you! I hope to be able to upload soon again. lack of time and the weather are the reason for the pause. greetings, hans
Hi Hans. Very enjoyable video. Wooded areas are one of my favorite. I would venture of the pathway occasionally if it looks interesting. People went to the bathroom 15-30 feet of the pathway, often loosing the best stuff. Happy hunting, Sebastian.
thank you my friend, I'm happy you like the video :) I'm planning to check the surroundings of the path, too. all the best and happy hunting,
hans
Thank you Hans for another great day out, good luck for more great finds next time.
How do Han's, always a pleasure to see your video's keep up the good work regards Steve 😃.
thank you for staying tubed my friend :)
I agree with you Hans, the medieval buckle is a fabulous find, its condition is brilliant after all those years in the lane, they are my favourite buckles lol. To find two identical buttons metres apart is intriguing and a person can come up with several scenarios to account for them being there. The piece you found reminded me of a sword guard too, I hope you find out what it is and the hollow button is in great condition too. All the coins from the lane, four more today, I've lost count of how many you've found now. The white flowers at the end were white campion, the pink is rarer I believe. The blackberries reminds me of picking them for my Mum to make jam with, purple stained fingers and clothes lol, but we enjoyed doing it as the jam was delicious lol. I admire the people who leave food and water out for the wild animals and birds, though we have bird flu around here sadly and birdsong is not heard very often now, I miss listening to them. Take care and stay safe please my friend God bless you Hans, love and hugs Mary-Ellen UK
Great finds the buckle was awesome
Dzień dobry Hans!!!! Miło cię znowu widzieć!!!! Pozdrawiam serdecznie!!!!!
Dziękuję, przyjacielu! miło cię znowu widzieć :)
Hans, thank you for your video Number 187. We always look forward to your next detecting adventure.
Thank you for the goodness of the outdoors and those finds. I share your excitement about that buckle. And puzzle about the use of the pair of small buttons 👍🏻👋🏻

Some amazing finds once again, Hans! That old road has been a veritable treasure trove for you. I too think the little spectacle buckle was the highlight of the day. I look forward to the next notification. Good health, God Bless, and happy hunting.

Hello from a fellow detectorist in Scotland. Good video my friend
thank you for watching and for saying hello :) hello back from germany!
I had forgotten how beautiful the German forrests are. I've detected a few Roman objects there. I just bought a minelab. What a great thing to do in retirement. Lots of sites in Texas, can't wait!! Great relaxed show!
Thankyou Hans as you already know but I'll say it anyway, you have just the best videos I look forward to everyone you post!!!

thank you, I'm glad you like my videos. I film myself and I'm always alone when filming :)
Excellent finds Hans. The weather is also changing here in the Southern US. Hot and humid out, cool Fall breezes in. Loving it too! I couldn’t imagine the thrill of finding Medieval items as you have. I enjoy your content. Best wishes!
thank you for staying tuned my friend :)
G’day Hans

So glad to see you out enjoying yourself finding treasures on the old track, so fun to share your joy and the beauty. Also glad to see that you've received some rain. Here's to more of all of it :)
thank you for staying tuned my friend :)
Hans, I love the two little simular buttons! Its the sad but also beautiful part of this hobby how the little pieces of history makes us wonder, but we will never know for sure. The little finds are like fingerprints from a past when time stood still until we find it. I recently detected a very silent field, its a field 5 minutes from my house I just walk on when I need to get out and dont have any other fields available. A few months ago i suddeny found a huge silvercoin there 4 Mark Christian 5th 1679. The coin was surrounded by buttons, a few bullets and the remains of an very old wallet. The coin itself is very rare to find as it was worth very much back in the days, they say a detectorist maybe find one in 50 years if very lucky. Im so curious what the story behind is, but I will never know for sure. I love your videos Hans and I hope you will continue to produce and take us with you on history hunting for a long long time, even though it must take so much effort of you to put all these details together, its like you are making art. I see its a trend that the most popular videos on youtube maybe get 10% like from the followers, but yours get up to 25%. Its so well done! I hope everyone see how much work it takes and remember to appriciate it. Also, I just wanna say at the end that I also follow you on Instagram, and was very happy when I saw that you follow me as well :)) That means a lot to me! Take care and cya around, looking so much forward to the next video. Best regards detecting_fjords.
hello my friend and thank you for your kind words about my channel! I'm happy to hear you like it :) congrats on you 4 mark coin! you must have been chuffed when it turned up. I love these moments :P If only the finds could speak and tell their stories. I wish you good luck and happy hunting! all the best,
hans
Wonderful historical finds Hans!🥰
thank you my friend, glad you like the finds :)
Failing to describe your videos in an adequate extent i only can say: Thank you for your amazing videos, always so very enjoyable and with exciting finds, great background informations and so nice atmosphere! Alles Gute aus NRW !
I'm really happy to hear that you are enjoying my videos :) thank you for watching and for your kind words! all the best and greetings from frankfurt,
hans
That little buckle is amazing. The two tiny buttons where cute too. I wonder if they were off of a child's clothing since they were so small. Thank you for taking us along.
that's something I will try to find out. thank you for watching and for the hint :)
I go ahead and thumbs up your video before it starts as I know I'm going to love it.
thank you for the trust in my videos :)
Your metal detecting hunts are so wonderful to watch, your patience and able to see details in the smallest things is wonderful. You really bring out the beauty of metal detecting history thank you for your videos.

Warm and safe its a win win slava Ukraine🇺🇦😄
hello Hans, I think the two buttons are the same model, at a distance between them (about 15m), I would say it was a man, and he must have lost his buttons..that is, he was drunk 🤣🤣🤣.
Welcome back, Hans✌️
Hans, some nice early finds there! That blow hole button could easily be 1600's. Sweet buckle too! Always enjoying your videos!
I love the two tiny buttons. I might imagine they came from the cuff of a blouse worn by a pretty girl from the year 1702. The flower at the end was very nicely photographed.
I really enjoyed the medieval buckle, I keep thinking of somebody, back then, getting prepared to go out oh and buckling the garment.
Thank you for the wonderful video.
I like the singing robin in the background !
Hallo,Hans !

Very nice finds. Love the buttons. I always enjoy watching your videos.
Great day on the trail, reminds me of Oregon back county narrow dirt roads moss and ferns (not so much of the flowers). The small button, possibly a young ladies blouse unbuttoned to to a walk and summer heat, then the sword end, maybe a woman's hair piece, thought went to sometimes drinks have a tooth pick in an olive, would be a bit high classed. Thanks for the share.
thank you for watching, your kind comment and for sharing your thoughts about the saber grip. could well be what you assume :)
Thanks Hans, incredible treasure - gud vid...
If footpaths could speak wow 👌 some loverly finds
